Dr. Siniakowicz is one of a kind. I’ve had gastrointestinal issues for over a decade and she is the first of many doctors I’ve seen who compassionately listened to my concerns, gave constructive and helpful feedback, thoroughly examined me externally and internally, and spent over 30 minutes with me during my initial visit. In my previous gastro, I didn’t ever even see the doctor other than for procedures. She also has tried to keep me off of any prescription medications and instead find naturopathic and healthy ways to manage my symptoms, heal my gut, and continue on a path forward. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Siniakowicz to anyone who’s looking for a gastroenterologist in Sarasota, Englewood, or surrounding areas. I would drive hours to continue seeing her if I had to.

I do not understand the one, negative review of this doctor. Was someone forcing you to go to "only a DO?" Did you not know the difference between a DO and an MD before you went there. The waiting time is hardly the responsibility of only the doctor. She did a great job with my wife, Michele Scholles!

You have to agree nobody looks forward to having a colonoscopy, but if you are going to pick a gastroenterologist, she is absolutely the best!

Dr Siniakowicz, who is a DO only, made me wait over an hour, then after a 13 mins visit, she had the nerve to say she had another patient! Stay away, very cold bedside manner, doesn't seem to want to help, very uncaring, almost narcissistic. Terrible!

Dr Karolina makes you feel like she is one of your friends, Answering questions and giving informative information about my ESLD. She’s amazing! Heaven sent .So thankful to have her as my liver specialist!

Dr. Karolina is a caring compassionate doctor. She made me feel safe and like an individual during our visit. She sat and listened while giving conservative ideas for a treatment plan! She is truly a breath of fresh air in the medical community. I love the most that she has chosen a natural /conservative treatment plan for my digestive system first and then if necessary down the road we might need to try meds or a procedure once other methods are exhausted. I’m confident together we will resolve my GI issues. Thanks so much for the A+ care doc!

Dr. Siniakowicz really takes the time to listen and actually understand the trouble you are having and leaves you with some hope that you won't be feeling like that much longer. She gave me hope that my suffering would be fixed real soon and that we would find the solution to my problem. I really felt the compassion she has for her patients.
