I'd love to leave a review, but it is now 60 minutes past my appointment time and I am still in the waiting room. The waiting room is full. No seats left. I guess these doctors do not respect the patients time. Not a good sign.

Just read the reviews, seriously..... Had a referral sent here by my Dr., took them 2 weeks to respond. I missed their call to book an appointment. Called back and spent 30 minutes on the phone for my first attempt to speak to someone. While waiting, I read the reviews. Plain and simple sounds like a total shit show. Abusing the seniors down here because they don't have many options. 30 minutes to schedule an appointment... 90 minutes waiting in the office.. etc etc.. pick your poison. Bad office staff or overbooked doctors. Not for me

I dislocated my clavicle. Went to Kennedy White and saw Dr. Klein. He said there's nothing I can do after viewing an x-ray that he took. He told me it was going to hurt a lot and just wanted to send me to the pain clinic. I went to the pain clinic and the doctor I saw decided I didn't need anything. Three years later, the pain is much worse, and I have limited motion in my arm. The pain is unbearable. After talking to another doctor I found out that my arm should've immediately been put in a sling. I'm now searching for a good orthopedic facility that can hopefully help me. I will not go to Kennedy White ever again. I also had back surgery through them and was told that I did not need physical therapy. I have had horrible back spasms, and pain ever cents. Be smart and do not go to Kennedy White!

visit was good and on time. Does sports medical repair on joints and other treatments. Good doctor explanations. Only in Englewood on Mondays. Scheduling appointments is not a good experience. Automated story how busy they and go through so many prompts that all lead to another automated person telling you things that have nothing to do with what you called about. Just like all business these days, no customer (patient) service.
