My husband was a patient of Dr. Baumann for quite awhile. Bill suffered from Parkinson's and we saw Dr. Bauman regularly. Then, when I knew the end was near I called his office looking for help. His assistant kept repeating, "What do you want from us". Your office should be able to offer some guidance, like call Hospice! I got no help from you and it ended up being a very difficult passing of a very nice man. I would hope, in the future, you offer some guidance to the family as to what to expect at the end. And some counseling to your staff as to how they could have offered some help at this very sad time for a grieving wife.

Doctors and staff are great, however the call center needs some work and creates problems for the patients.

On every office visit, apart from examination and questioning, I like Dr Baumann's analysis of your present situation compared to your last visit with him. Dr will the give his professional explanation and recommendations on how to proceed forward based on what we discussed. There's always that back and forth discussion before total agreement is made. I'm pleased to have Dr. Baumann as my Neurologist.
