The staff is not trained for customer satisfaction. They don’t answer the phones. You cannot fax because it’s busy after six tries. Somebody is in charge but it’s not the Drs.

Dr U is a fantastic Dr. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Very personable and easy to talk to. Does not hurry you thru the appointment and very willing to answer and/or explain all questions.

Only one visit but here goes: He sees far too many patients to be concerned with one person. This practice is overwhelmed with the number of patients. He is knowledgeable but there is no such thing as on on one during a visit. I will update after some time with him and the ensuing results. After all it it IS the results that matter, not the human interaction. Right? Update: 3rd visit. Amazing change in my opinion. This Dr went to extremes to explain my treatment and he scheduled a series of test. After the test I had a visit to get results and he made me feel 100% confident that under his direction I can enjoy the life I had before my heart problem. So bottom line don’t base your opinion on one visit.

Dr. Upendram is very knowledgeable and it up on all the latest technology. His brillamce is only surpassed by his manners.... a rare combination.

I have had many cardiologists over the years in many cities. Dr Upendram is tied with one of my past doctors (in Nashville) for #1. A pleasure to work with!

Whoever put the comment about Dr.Upen drum not returning his calls, that is not true. His office is very helpful and he himself is her knowledgeable. And does what is best for you. Shame on you!!!!

While I find the doctor very skilled in his field, he's not focused on patients enough in my opinion. The practice has a lot of clients and it seems to be too busy for patients to be treated one on one. I felt like it was more like going to the DMV. Once your number is called, you only have a few minutes to be seen before the next person is brought in. Personal attention is far more important than the numbers. Quality should be the priority far more than quantity.
