Dr Todd Chace has been my physician for over 10 years. He has above and beyond to make sure I can be a s healthy as possible. He also does various charity work. I trust his judgement for medical needs.

Dr. Chace has been my physician through multiple stages of my life (teen thru menopause) and even my daughter's doctor beginning in infancy. During various times due to insurance, his time in active duty or out of area I have used other doctors, but was always very happy to be able to return to his care, in fact I now live 2.5 hours away and choose to make the trip to keep him as my PCP. From a very small town doctor in a trailer to a doctor in a large physician's group he has always given his patients his full attention time and care.

He cares deeply about money, which helps in terms of getting an appointment. Don't expect much else, though. Because he wants his pay, he will write virtually any prescription you want; just expect to have to come back for each and every refill. As long as nothing is seriously wrong with you, it's a great pre-pharmacy stop.

Went in for blood work, was told by Dr that all is well, except I need more iron and to come back in six months. I asked him what about my cholesterol.? He said he was wondering why there was no lipid panel with my blood work, but he wasn't going to bring it up, I would not recommend this doctor because he seems not to care about his patients. His secretary blamed it on the lab.

Can I rate them zero stars? I had to make an appt nearly 3 months in advance to see Dr. Chace for new patient establishment; I had an injury prior to my established appt and needed to see someone so I saw his PA. After that appt, the secretarial staff decided that my original appt was not necessary so they cancelled it without telling me. I was told by the office this was a normal secretarial function. So, a secretary has authority to make decisions about my health and access to Doctor. WOW

His walk in clinic female NP misdiagnosed my son with an incurable disease. Then, after testing, decided he didnt have it. The his nurse told my son he was diabetic, jabbed his finger with a large needle to get more blood, then came back to say sorry, had him mixed up with another patient with the same first name! Check the chart, birthdate, something!!!!

Used to be more thorough & patient oriented before he went with very large medical group. Now it seems to be quantity of patients seen rather than quality of care. Too many mistakes made. Will seek another doctor.
