Neil Soeder was a patient of Dr. MirandaSousa until we moved to Gulf Breeze Fl in October of 2021. Dr. MirandaSousa was an excellent caring doctor who diagnosed his Bladder Cancer issue immediately. Neil misses Dr. MirandaSousa but will always remember all of the attention and quick response with his knowledge to Neils every 3 month check up and immediately took action when necessary. His knowledge and caring help with a smile and how are you made Neil feel wanted and cared for by Dr. MirandaSousa and his wonderful Staff.

Dr Miranda Sousa is an expert in every sense of the word. He has numerous affiliates with the top hospitals in Boston he has published many research articles and he is a very good doctor. He is polite listens actively to your concerns and problems provides you with the best options and most importantly he cares about you as an individual. He really is very dedicated to your health and wellbeing that goes beyond your urological concerns. The staff is very concerned about your health and happiness. If you have a problem that is difficult or has been unsuccessfully treated by others call Dr Miranda Sousa because you will not be disappointed but most likely very relieved and grateful that you did. He is well worth the time. He is up to date on the newest technologies and treatment options. He will give you the time you deserve and offer you the hope for better health and less

Agosto 16 de 2021 Dr. Alejandro MirandaSousa Estimado Doctor Siento comunicarle que a raíz de la unión de usted y su personal con el Millennium Physician Group recibí una comunicación de mi seguro donde me informaban que este proveedor no formará parte de la red de Wellcare a partir de Mayo 31 de 2021. Siento una gran pena de prescindir de la atención médica tanto de usted como de su personal pero no me queda otro remedio aunque me cueste. Usted me ofreció sus servicios médicos desde el año 2015 y realmente mi salud ha mejorado notablemente desde que usted comenzó a atenderme. Hoy no me queda otro remedio que despedirme de usted y su personal y agradecerles por la atención que me han brindado a lo largo de esos años. Le reitero que puede contar siempre con mi aprecio y mi amistad. Seguiremos en contacto. Un abrazo para todos y mis mejores deseos de que siga cosechando muchos éxitos. Su amigo Fernando Bruzon.

The doctor is ok but expect to be there at least 23 hours. Also since he joined Millennium its all changed. Someone else now answers the phones and is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not let you leave a message for the doctor unless she knows what I want to talk about. Denied me to leave him a message. She said I had to book an appointment and pay my copay of 75.00 to just mention something to him. Also they will surprise you with unexpected bills. Im very good with billing so I always ask and re ask about costs. The notes were in my files and still they added an extra charge that now they say Im suddenly responsible for. I hope the doctor realizes soon that this is how his patients are being treated.

I have had 3 visits and have seen the doctor for approximately 3 minutes. He did do surgery on me and maybe I saw him for another 3 before the surgery. Each time the wait was 2+ hours. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer but will not use him

WORST EVER WAITED OVER 3 HOURS AND NEVER SAW THE DR

I had an 750 am appointment on 033021 with Dr. Sousa and in stead the Assistant walked in at 910 am to give the results of test that was ordered. So youre an 1 hour and 10 minutes behind and I dont see the Doctor . The same think happen on my first appointment with a PA coming in an not the Doctor but I requested to be seen by the Doctor. I didnt make the appointment with a PA it was with the Doctor . GET YIUR HOUSE IN ORDER DOC.

After an ER visit the night before for a kidney stone the office squeezed me in the next day with no appointment. I am extremely grateful for that. Dr. MirandaSousa as usual goes out of his way to answer any questions you may have and explain your situation. I have been seeing him since 2013. We need more people like him in this world.

I am a retired NYPD 911 responder I must say Dr.Miranda and all his staff are wonderful. Dr.Miranda has excellent work ethics bedside manners and a good listener. I am pleased with my treatments. His PA Gonzalez is excellent and so is nurse KAYLA. I highly recommen this doctor Location Cape Coral office

Horrible rude staff. Wait times are way out of line. Office is incompetent in schedules . Hopefully his staff will pay the invoice thats coming for my time waiting.
