Love Dr Drago! Very warm and sweet. She’s great with my daughter. Very knowledge and thorough answering all of my many questions. She’s the best!

I am so glad I switched providers. I brought an issue to her attention and she treated me as if i was stupid for even bringing it up. There was clearly something wrong with my daughter, and she labeled it as “reflux”. she than said she should go to speech therapy (she was 2 months at the time?) she didn’t want to take the time to listen to me as a MOTHER and the concern i had for my child. So i did what any mother would when they know something is wrong, i got a second opinion. The second Dr. Distasio (new doctor) walked in, he could hear my daughters breathing and instantly knew something was wrong. she needs to Learn some compassion.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. We are new to Florida therefor I have been researching new pediatricians in our new community of Estero. I have been in contact with three different receptionists/ booking employees at this office. Maria and Maria MadrigaI. They both were incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Both women informed me that the Estero office and Dr Drago are accepting NEW patients but aren't booking said appointments until October. Its May. I expressed my concerns about the office being ill equipped to handle my sons care in they are in need of seeing their doctor and the Estero office. They both told me that the office is very busy and unless they are newborns I would have to go to a different location. Both employees transferred me to a dead voicemail box when I asked to speak with a office manager to get more clarity. No one ever got back to me. The reviews about Dr. Drago are wonderfu,l however, I would never trust this practice to care for my children. The office staff was very rude and unprofessional. Especially to a new patients and family.

Dr. Drago is an excellent pediatrician. She provides the best care for my daughter.

We are so thankful for the care provided by Dr. Drago. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and it is clear that she genuinely cares about her patients.

Dr Dragos entire team is absolutely amazing. From the front desk girls who call, to the RN who takes us back, to Dr Drago herself/ we feel like family. I am so incredibly blessed to have this team taking care of my children, they are compassionate, caring, organized, and kind. Thank you from our family to yours!

Thank you for a great experience. Dr Drago is someone [NAME] has come to trust and is willing to share sensitive information. Her connection with teenagers is phenomenal, as a Mom I couldn't ask for more!

I cannot believe this doctor only Has 4 stars! She has held my son in her own arms for almost an hour! She’s helped us in so many ways I can’t even start. The only issue I’ve ever had is waiting a longer time and the only reason is because she’s giving all of her patients the time they need. This woman has a heart of gold and has gone above and beyond for my son Khealan and never rushed us out the door once. Thank you so much Dr Drago for all you do.

Very poor experience with this office. Office manager was rude & unorganized to call me “last minute” on an important issue. I found the physician to be non-compassionate. (This doctor referred us to a specialist to test for something that the referral doctor’s office manager stated “that they don’t test”... so why were we referred there?) It was an overall very unpleasant experience, so we have no intention to return.
