Would not recommend I been waiting 3 hours and still not called so I left . Security guard told a lady after she was sitting out by the double doors not to sit there that is where we put covid patients after she was sitting there for about 15 minutes

I would strongly advise anyone against going to this emergency room under any circumstance. Extremely long wait times for someone who is in need of urgent care, unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff at the front desk. I was greeted by a young woman named Vanessa who seemed to completely disregard the fact I was having extreme difficulty breathing and trouble retaining consciousness. Vanessa asked for my insurance information on three separate occasions in the lobby while I was waiting, I then provided her with the same exact information on each occasion. Eventually, after a long wait, I was brought to a secluded waiting room where Vanessa then called my personal cell phone twice to ask for my insurance information. Keep in mind, I have been providing her with the same exact information every time she has asked while struggling to breathe and remain conscious. Then the doctor made an appearance, he seemed pretty professional however was unable to help me since the hospital was not equipped with the materials needed to aid my situation. He quickly recommended that I return home and go to another hospital if my symptoms get worse. I ended up being brought back home, I was still having extreme difficulty breathing with absolutely no aid given to me at all. An absolute complete waste of my time in a situation where I depended on emergency room staff to take care of me. So with all that being said, stay as far away from this excuse for a hospital at all costs.
