First impressions are not good, the lady (Kayla) that called me to set up appointment was short, rude, and put, me in hold 3 times (remember she called to set up appointment). When I told her she could be nicer on the phone she put me on hold and had someone else help me. Not a food first impression. I'll add more once I truly meet the doctor.

Sense dr conception left,the service is horrible ....Evan the nurse you call for help ,never called me back .....really... i wont go into details but look elsewhere for you medical needs ,i know a lot of people are running to find new drs. ...just sad and i guess I’m having a very long nite of no sleep if i could give them negative stars a would.....

After going to this facility to almost 4 years we're great with Dr Triana, but unfortunately he moved to an urgent care place. Now this place has gone down hill without him. So disappointing. Horrible, judgmental and bad attitude.

Simply the best. Answers all question in a manner for the person to understand. staff is friendly and pro active. No unnecessary testing, staff always available to assit& answer all questions.Very professional Physician
