Aweful horrible do urself a favor and do not go!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am a nurse, so I am looking for friendly, hygienic(Did they wash their hands), good bed side manner, up-to-date on information, knowledgeable, good with kids. I even asked questions I already knew the answers to, to make sure they weren’t full of it. My boys saw Dr. Martin McKenna and his staff and they met all my expectations as a nurse mom! From the front desk, to the health hx room, everyone was professional. Dr. McKenna was extremely thorough and engaged my children. He did not leave anything out and he listened. The office called when we got home to let me know the information the school needed was faxed with confirmation and that the patient portal was updated. Great experience!

I love most of the doctors in this practice and I have used them for the last 20 years through 6 children. I have watched the practice change each year with their focus on getting paid. It went from paying your co-pay after the visit to paying prior to being seen to now they are asking me to sign a form giving them full rights to charge my credit card when they think you may owe! Well they have made a few mistakes with insurance in the past which would cause a bill if I didn’t call to straighten out. I have no idea what their web security system is so NO I don’t want you to hang on to my credit card information with a signed note to use it!!! I have ALWAYS paid my bill with them. However, after 6 children I will be searching for another doctor that puts our health first and doesn’t force me to sign my credit card over when I have paid their bills! Punishment should be for the rule breakers only!

Great doctor. Very good with kids

Dr McKenna seemed like an ok doctor, but his partners are not personable and definitely not the type of doctors I would ever want taking care of child. Office staff is extremely rude, they made my sick two year old reschedule his appointment for 3 hours later bc we were 10 minutes late! And the place was empty! No compassion, no common sense. We found a much better practice in the area. Trust us, stay away!

WE have been with Dr. McKenna for years and he is the best. He takes great in explaining what is going on and what the options are. He is willing to be there for you and help you even if isn't in his office but a referral. Great doctor I as a parent love him and so does my child.

Dr. McKenna is great. He always listens and he seems to genuinely car about each of his patients.

We moved here from North Florida, not knowing any doctors in the area, and our insurance company gave us a list of Pediatricians, do I took a shot in the dark and picked Dr. McKenna. His staff, and nurse was awesome!! He came in a spoke with me about my child for a good 15 minutes or so. He came in and introduced himself, and gave me a quick summary about him, and his medical experience. I really recommend him!
