Great place, the dr is very patient and nice and the assistants there was great.the girls at the front were very nice and treated us with respect, we loved the visit and will always come here again.
Dr Barry did an amazing eye exam for my son, he is really experienced, knowledgeable and nice.
Yamira the store manager was super helpful, my frames completely broke on the side and the screw would no longer keep them together. She was able to supply me with a quick replacement for the meantime, couldn’t have been more helpful! She’s the best!
They did a great job with glasses for our kids. They even worked with our wacky insurance.
The only reason I give them two stars is because the Doctor is great and is extremely patient but the service is awful. I ordered replacement glasses for my son 3 weeks ago tomorrow and they still have not arrived. Every time I call I get the ring around about a time frame. At first they told me one week. I called back a week later and they told me “oh it’s two weeks”, at two weeks I called and they said “well you called Thursday so the order probably didn’t get processed until Monday” (completely unacceptable) and now tomorrow marks 3 weeks without a single call! Meanwhile my 6 year old is the one suffering. I’m exhausted and tired of my child having headaches.
I have been debating for a while whether or not to make this review, but I hope it saves someone some time and energy. I went in for a routine eye exam. They told me my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. It took a month. 2 days after picking them up, I had to go back because the new glasses were giving me an awful headache. Upon seeing the same elderly Dr as before, he told me there was no possible way he could have made a mistake and we agreed that they would just put my old script on the new frames and they would be ready in 2 weeks. It took 3 weeks for them to be ready. Upon receiving the new glasses, I compared them with my old ones and the script was obviously not the same because the new ones gave me much crisper vision, although I still couldn't quite make out words on signs while driving. The Dr straight lied to my face to avoid admitting he had made a mistake. Simply atrocious. This man is obviously senile. Don't give him your money. Edit: after going to a new Dr I have been informed that this one overcorrected my astigmatism. If you have a difficult prescription like I do I would suggest going elsewhere for a smoother experience.
Went from the location in Altamonte to this one when I moved here, great staff and amazing doctor. Always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Also love the responses to the negative posts on the reviews below, well deserved as I know this place is great.
Dr Tuerkheimer was the absolute best ‼️‼️ He really does have an effect on his patients 😊 He made me feel so comfortable and safe like a whole brand new person ❤❤❤ I can see clearly now lol
Wouldn’t let a young kids MOTHER into the room during the exam- this isn’t acceptable. The optometrist then laughed in the face of a mother when asked if he was being a creep. THEN received a phone call from this office to state that he is not a creep. This is extremely inappropriate behavior from a professional service.
Children need their guardians present during g exams!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
