Dr. Lane goes out of her way to be there for your family. She searches for solutions and does not stop trying to find an answer to help your child.

I highly recommend Dr Lane. Very inviting office with a great atmosphere for my kids.

I highly recommend her! Dr Lane has been seeing our 3 yr old daughter since she was born and now she sees our 3 day old son!

Dr Lane is extremely knowledgable and explains everything so you can actually understand it. She takes the time to review the medical history to fully understand the root cause of the problem.

Dr. Lane has been absolutely wonderful with my son since the first day we met her! We have seen her for both sick and well visits and I have never had an issue with her or her office. When he was sick, her staff got him in the same day with no problem (which isn't always guaranteed with any busy doctors office, especially a pediatrician!). We have now welcomed a beautiful little girl to the family and she is seeing Dr. Lane as well. :)

positives: well room exam room and prompt. After 3 strikes I made the choice to find another pediatrician. I found they had poor follow up, and don't call you to resolve financial issues after newborn visits. Also Dr Lane will charge you to fill out a form that her nurse can fill out and she just has to sign. It's only $5 and they will justify that there is a fee because the doctor used her time to fill out and sign a form. I am happy I decided to switch to another pediatrician.

Dr Lane is amazing! My son has an autoimmune disorder and she has been instrumental in his treatment and coordinating working with specialists. She is attentive and does her research. Not to mention she has an amazing bed side manner that is so comforting for my son and myself. She also takes the time to communicate with the other physicians that also treat my son. It took us 2.5 years to find a pediatrician who actually cared. She is the best!!!

Absolutely deplorable staff. The doctor cancelled our appointment because she was sick and they wanted us to wait 3 more months to be able to reschedule! Receptionists are rude and careless. I am giving one star across the board even though some of he questions i can't honestly answer. I waited 3 months for THIS appointment! Now I need to wait 3 more?! No, thank you.

Saw her when we first moved as no other peds were accepting new patients. She seemed attentive and nice enough. Then things went downhill. I called wanting to bring my child in to be checked and they wouldn't let me make an appt. Instead had the doc call me and then tried to bill insurance for a 5 minute phone call! Had to take child to ER, doc said she'd call ahead (did not) and never called to follow up to see if my child was okay. Doesn't have hospital privileges. Switched ASAP.

When she first opened her new office we were so happy & I referred her to everyone and anyone, gave her at least 50 new patients in her first year solo. We had inherited her years before after our original ped retired.Our kids seemed to like her & she was respectful to both our kids & us as parents. However, after the birth of our 3rd child & as my oldest entered into her teens, she started to have an attitude, was less attentive to their health needs & it became impossible to get in to see her.
