I am very pleased with the entire team approach that Drs. Sebastian and Eunika use. When I started my visits a few months ago, I had low back pain and right leg pain. My back pain is pretty much resolved. I couldn’t walk 1/4 mile without debilitating right thigh pain, yesterday I was able to walk 2.5 miles without any pain! I was treated with PT, Acupuncture, and Prolatherapy.

Dr Sebastian and his team are amazing!! They are kind and truly caring! I recently had the PRP injection on my lumbar spine and have never felt better. I’ve seen several doctors for my back and have never had such success. Their approach to treating the whole person has been the best care I have ever received! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous, welcoming staff in a beautiful and clean facility. Everyone I've met has been very knowledgeable and kind - some of the happiest employees I've ever encountered! DR. Sebastian gave me back my quality of life three years after my accident. Three neurosurgeons, chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, cortisone injection on my neck, back and hips, non-stop physical therapy, two ablation procedures, couldn't do what DR.Sebastian has done for me in eight months. Dr. Sebastian has given back the quality of life I had before my accident three years ago. I have been to three different neurosurgeons, chiropractor, orthopedic surgeon, other DO doctors, pain management, steroid injections on my neck, back and hips, non-stop physical therapy for three years, three ablations, devices, pretty much had it all and done it all, never had any type of relief for more than a month. Neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeon, without an actual diagnosis, recommended several surgeries. Spinal decompression, fusion on my back, SI joint and hip and hardware on my back. I also had three appointments with other doctors that offer the same services as Dr. Sebastian, non of them convinced me. After researching for two and a half years, I found Integrative Rehab Medicine in Estero, FL. Very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. They offer you different options/treatments. After my first two treatments I had about 80% relief. I just recently got my third treatment, already on my way to back to 100% thanks to Dr. Sebastian and his entire staff. I live in Houston and travel to Florida for treatment, worth every dollar. They are very flexible for out of state/country patients.
