Alicia Benjamin's Online Review Report Card

My visit was horrible. This doctor has no compassion and is like talking to a robot with an attitude. She seemed to have an issue with me advocating for my medication then became very irritated and unprofessional. She talked to me like I was a child. I have been thru breast cancer, a slew of surgeries, 4 broken bones and multiple hospital stays and have never been treated as poorly as this doctor chose to treat me. Furthermore, she have me a diagnosis that requires additional treatment but chose to exit the room without addressing my needs any further. Patients should be aware and should be able to advocate for themselves without receiving an attitude. I will never recommend or go back and now I have to start back at ground zero because of her lack of commitment to her patients.

Horrible experience! She's a new doctor and it shows as she does not speak from experience. She has to look up everything on her computer. I won't be back.

Dr. Benjamin is very thorough and takes all the time you need.

I love this doctor. She takes time to review my file prior to my visit. Dr. Benjamin is thorough in making sure she has everything needed to provide the best care for her patients. She is not in a hurry and takes whatever amount of time it takes to insure that you have no questions that are unanswered or concerns not addressed. If you aren't happy after your visit with this doctor then you haven't communicated your concerns to her. She is there for you the patient.

I have never felt better about my medical care, so thankful for Dr.Benjamin..she really listened to all of my concerns and got the ball rolling immediately on a few test I needed. Also I was able to get my pap smear there too. She explains everything about your blood work, test results so throughly. Her office staff are all so friendly and helpful too. I especially liked Mariah, her medical assistant. I have highly recommended Dr. Benjamin to my friends and family that are looking for a new primary Dr.

She’s a newer doctor and it shows. You will go through a ton of unnecessary scrutiny and ridiculous procedures including being drug tested just to get some of your prescriptions. Never in my life have I done drugs and to be treated like a junkie all because of in need of the same drugs that have been prescribed previously with no issues. I’ve never been so insulted. I was appalled. I’ve never experienced or heard of such a thing. Doctors are supposed to help, instead I was left to suffer because of a protocol she chooses to do. Needless to say she lost my business after that. I will not be going back. Beware!

Disappointed with the service.

Dr Benjamin was awesome. I went in as a new patient. She spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. Every question and concern I had was answered. Dr Benjamin’s bed side manor is great, she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
