Dr Tulley has been my doctor for 37 years. He has been there for me and felt like a friend all these years. He has seen me through good health and sickness and the birth of my daughter and the death if my parents, all of whom were his patients as well. What a very hard act to follow. I knew this day would come and it makes me sad. He is a kind and a genuinely caring person who always made time to talk. I will miss him dearly but wish him well in his well deserved retirement! God speed Mick!

Dr Tulley is the best general physician in Lake County. He is considerate, kind, and caring. He always takes the time to make you feel at ease. I'm going to miss him as he is retiring in March. May God Bless him in his retirement.

Dr. Tulley is a Doctor that Doctors go to when they are ill. I am greatful that I found a Doctor with Dr. Tulley's knowledge & experience. A wonderful staff. 38 yrs @ the same location.
