Called to schedule an appointment, no one ever called back - called a 2nd time and was transferred to another number. Left another message with with no return call. Guess they are making enough money to not care about potential customers! If this is the way they treat 'all' clients weather new or potential, I can't understand how they are even in business.

The staff at Dr. Dillard Diet are rude and condescending. Additionally, they are cantankerous and extremely incompetent at there job. I have relinquished all services with them and will take my business elsewhere. As there are a plethora of nutritionist and dietitians in central Florida.

Called in to speak to the office manager. Had a name of a person that had been there before. The receptionist said person does not work here and hung up without warning. I called back and said that was very rude and that I was calling in for the office manager. She was very unprofessional, rude to say the least. I ask for her name and she hung up the phone again.
