John Cooke's Online Review Report Card

NEGATIVE (1) Stars I've been with Dr Cooke for over 11 years but I agree with Ryan in one of these ratings that the receptionist is rude, has hung up on me too, condescending, and not very helpful! I sure hope people can get passed the very, very, rude and nasty receptionist! I did as was mentioned in a previous rating. I quit, and found a new doctor! Don't have to deal with her ANYMORE!

My girlfriend worked here, and azita was so rude and mean to my girlfriend, and she knew more of what was going on in here than Azita. No wonder why they can't keep a reception. Dr. Cook won't ever find a better people person than traci. Azita needs some personal skills training. Good luck. Dr. cooke with her running off great employees!! Oh, and my girlfriend has been in medical twenty years and azita, a school teacher, has no idea what she's doing !!!

He is the best dad ever in the whole world

We were looking a new Dr. Dr. Cooke is well regarded, so when Blue Cross told me he was in network, I called to make an appt. The receptionist said she'd have to check to see if we were in network, I waited over a week, and was never called back. I tried again. She was downright nasty, and still refused to make that appt. I gave up.

Worst boys club office I ever worked in The poor receptionist cried daily because they yelled at her every day the male medical assistant sat in the drs office and ate all day did absolutely no work what so ever. He even stole from a former employee. I don’t understand how he has stayed in practice for so long he’s rude and dismissive to the patients and there is some shady stuff going on in that office. Don’t waste your time applying for any job if your a woman.

I have been going there for 30 years and only 1 time was anyone rude and I told the Dr about it he excused himself and went and talked to her and when I returned a week later she was gone. Dr Cooke is very knowledgeable and will get to the bottom of what's wrong with you. David & Megan are excellent. And so is Patty and his other staff as well

Upon moving to this area with my 92 year old Dad I needed to have an Internal Medicine Dr for him. Our first Dr here was our wonderful Allergist Dr. Andrew Cooke. He mentioned to us his Dad was an Internist in Eustis. Well, to try and not be too wordy I’ll say there aren’t enough words to say how Wonderful this doctor is! Very knowledgeable, caring, takes his time with patients! Very rare Dr nowadays! Sincerely, Dianne M. Zywica

Not even worth one star, maybe half a star. When calling to make an appointment receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all. In the middle of speaking to her she blatantly hung up on me! If the Dr. is as rude as his staff I would not recommend this provider!

He listens, he cares and takes time with his patients. Unique. Very knowledgeable but willing to research when needed. Great staff for backup.

Best real human Doctor in town
