Sharon Nickell-Olm's Online Review Report Card

This is a great facility, the Dr and staff are always friendly and don’t make you feel like just a number. They take the time that’s needed, listen well and make sure all your medical needs are met. They are very good about seeing you on time. And if you show up early they have a nice table and chairs outside in the shade that’s relaxing to sit at!

This is my PCP for 2 years now. The entire office staff is always warm and welcoming. Glad to have them.

I lived in Lake County all my life. Dr. Boyd and Dr. Nickell-Olm are the best doctors in the area. A couple days ago I was very ill and they gave me the right care. I am thankful they saw me, listened to me and treated me. The office staff was kind and she turned off the lights in the patient room because I had a migrane. They treated me with respect and I know I was going to get better because of them. 5 stars for doctors, nurses and office staff 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My appointment was every pleasant. I was met at the door by Nurse Vicki and taken to a room where she took my vitals and updated my medicine. Dr Sharon came in shortly and we discussed medical reports. She walked me to the front office where Lori made my next appointment. Dr. Sharon said she would send me a pin number to setup my portal. Received the pin and had problems, so I called the office and Jennifer walked me through it. Exceptional office staff. Pleasant, friendly and there to help you. (appointment was at 8:30 and I was on my way home by 9:15)

Haven't been to the office yet, but I must agree with review of the staff... At least the one who schedules... She was not at all friendly. I felt rushed and unimportant... Sure hope the Dr has a better attitude.

I have never had to wait very long and I have always felt that I had been listened to. I am very pleased with this doctors office.

I am not one to complain but sometimes just need to let it out. My last appointment I was 10 minutes early, did my vitals and then was in the next room waiting for Debbie Boyd. I waited in that room for 45 minites. No one came in to check on me or to let me know what was happening. I understand the Covid 19 and things have changed allot. So I went to the desk to see what was going on and reschedule this appointment. I was pretty upset because I couldn't drive due to shoulder surgery and my husband was waiting in the car. Debbie Boyd heard me complaining and quickly came out. So I want back to my room to finish my appointment. She did apologized and said the patient before me needed extra time. I understand that. I understand things happen. What I don't understand is why couldn't someone come and let me know and I could let my husband know why I was taking so long. Maybe the office should make another policy change for patients waiting in rooms over 20 to 30 minutes and reschedule. BTW my first visit to this office I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes but being a new patient I thought maybe the old patients come first.

Dr. Boyd and Dr. Nickell-Olm are the two absolute best doctors I have ever seen. I have extreme doctor phobia and cried my entire first visit. I've never had a doctor (let alone TWO!) *so* patient and so understanding of my anxiety disorders. They've completely changed my life around for treating me. I can't thank this office enough.

Wonderful Staff and professional service all around

Wonderful providers! I absolutely love them and they listen and they take the time to talk with you and listen. The office staff is horrible. Extremely rude. Unprofessional. Don’t send out referrals like they say they will. 5 Star for the provider, 1 for the office staff. I really wish they would hire some pleasant people for the front.
