Dr. Lisa Hage hands down is the best pediatric doctor. I originally went to the sebastian location and wasnt as happy with the doctor there as I am with Dr.Hage. She spends a lot of time listening to concerns and goes out of her way to make sure everything is okay with my kids. She doesnt make me feel forced to get vaccines for my children as I'm getting them on a delayed schedule as where the sebastian docotor gave me attitude and made me feel like I needed to get them that day. I 100% reccomend seeing her if you have kids!

This place REALLY cares about their patients whether your on the dental or other side. I had a dental appointment at 840 am and didnt get there until 912. I take medicade transportation with staywell and my transportation never came to pick me up.. One of the dental associates was sorry and mentioned shed take me home but i live far and she wasnt due for a break. It started to look like it was going to storm and i was pacing in front of the building my phone had died and a employee from the front brought me a chair and when it started sprinkling she had asked her higher up and the higher up had taken me home.My transportation never called, never came and didnt care. These people did AMAZING on my teeth and always treat me amazing. Theres not a single one i dont like so far!!

This is pertaining to solely the dentist office at this location. The dentist at this location "Fellsmere" is awesome, she does really good work, she is gentle and kind and quite honestly too good for this place! (hence the two stars) Unfortunately, her staff is rude and condescending and treat people like a number. They make sure to let you know your schedule and what you've got going on in your life means nothing because you are poor and on Medicaid. They like to talk down to you, tell you how busy they and they don't have time to deal with you! They also like to schedule 3 separate appointments for your family on different days of the same week!  When you call and ask one of those appointments to be moved to the same day so you and your kid can come in together, they really treat you like a number and they'll ban you for 6 months from making any subsequent appointments! (After all your just another person who can't afford insurance)The woman with the nasaly voice who answers the phone and does scheduling is rotten and is sure to make you feel like your a piece of trash by the end of the conversation! Don't go here if you intend to work a job! It's a full time job getting to each separate appointment they schedule you and no they do not care if you work or have other things going, because you are just another poor person with a 45 minute window and they don't really want you there anyways! The doctor deserves 4-5 stars the staff behind the phone and desk deserve ZERO.

I have stress and anxiety issues. The only thing I have found out over the years that helps is Alprolazam, or better know as Zanex. I don't need it all the time but when I do it's good to have. Many Physician offices balk at prescribing medications. They automatically think your a mental health candidate, that don't help with everyone, including me. I'm not a drug addict. Getting medication from TCCH is refused or difficult. I had a bad muscle problem in my neck, I was flat out told nothing for the pain and if I needed anything for that go to the emergency room, actual qoute.

I was treated with so much consideration by Dr. Gaponiuk & Will Steelman. Everything was explained 2 me clearly. They were extremely patient & understanding with me. They kept checking with my comfort levels & when I needed a break- he never showed a sign of frustration. I highly recommend this Doctor/facility for dental needs. Thanks Guys.

Medical assistants talk in a rude and condescending manner to you, receptionists don’t help much.

The therapist here is no help

Dr. Lisa Hage AMAZING simply AMAZING I love her she gets 5 stars hands down! The reception staff omg horrible they make everything difficult and just don’t care. If it wasn’t for my doctor that I love and her nurse I would leave.
