Hurt my foot and this was a great place to go. The nurse and doctor were great people I recommend this place for sure.
If you want to give them money and have them tell you they can’t help you, go somewhere else, but if the condition gets worse come back; this is the place for you. If not, just go somewhere else. I will never go here again nor recommend this place to anyone. If google would allow me to give this place no stars I would. Terrible
Turned away ill & pregnant because they don't accept my brand of insurance. Refused to let me pay full price with legal tender. Was told to try somewhere else. I'm beyond appalled at this response. Merry Christmas jerks. Negative stars not available but absolutely deserved.
Went in for a physical for new job. During the eye exam, in a dark hallway, nurse advised I am legally blind. I have never worn glasses before and was required to get glasses before being hired. I only wear them at work where I stare at multiple computer screens for 12 hour shifts. They do help, I just disagree with legally blind. How about turn the lights on in the hallway? Doctor giving physical advised I had had a minor heart attack, went to a heart specialist and he advised no signs of a heart attack… talking about stressing a guy out over a physical.
Worse place to go, waited 3 hrs and was never seen, had to leave and go elsewhere because my pain was next level. Would never recommend.
After reading the other reviews I needed to add mine. First, the black haired lady at front desk is always rude and nasty. No matter when you go, she is the same. The doctors and nurses are great. I had to go last week to have a urinalysis done as I was hurting after having cancer surgery the week before this. They always say no appointments taken, bit I had to wait 4 hours because people coming in after me had appointments. If I had been told this in the beginning I would have went somewhere else. I had no choice but to wait as my surgeon needed the results. You either do or do not take appointments. It can’t be both ways. I won’t be going here again.
I must say my experience was really pleasant. Front desk, nurses and the doctor were all very warm and friendly. Was the middle of the day on a Thursday. In and out in less time then they said to expect.
Horrible customer service no compassion whats so ever. Missed an appointment when everything was closed for the hurricane and they made me repay for my appointment absolutely horrible now I know to make sure I am at a carespot location before walking thru the door.
This review is based only on front desk staff. The front desk staff are very rude. After verifying my insurance and telling me what my payment would be, I asked why it was more than if I were to self-pay. She responded that that’s just what the rate is. When I said that I would rather just pay out of pocket her reply was, “well I wish I would’ve known that before wasting my time verifying your insurance.” I responded that I didn’t know that my cost would be higher with insurance. I was also here two days ago about 45 minutes before closing time. Another front staff person just looked at me when I walked in. No greeting. No how can I help you? Just an expectant stare. When I asked if I could be seen she rudely told me not today.
PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO AMELIA URGENT CARE!!! If I could give negative numbers I would!!! My spouse and I moved here in January 2022 and have had zero bad experiences with customer service, until we went to Amelia Urgent Care. Without a doubt the fake black haired lady who was behind the counter was THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER COME ACROSS IN 57 YEARS OF LIFE!!! I called first to make sure my spouse could get an xray after falling off the golf cart, the nice blonde haired lady was super nice and assured me we would be taken care of... HOWEVER, when the very first thing the RUDE black haired lady told me was to move my truck since I was parked in the adjoining business's spots I figured we would be going somewhere else. We already knew AUC didn't take our insurance but RUDE LADY had to make sure everyone in the facility knew that! I have money and was going to pay cash. The most unbelievable parts of the experience was I asked for a wheelchair and RUDE LADY called someone to ask if I could use the wheelchair that I could clearly see sitting behind the counter. She asked me how old my spouse is for the wheelchair...WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF HE'S 9 OR 99????? I PROMISE I WILL NEVER RETURN TO AUC AND I WILL TELL MY EMPLOYER THAT USES AUC FOR DRUG TESTING AND PHYSICALS ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! UF HEALTH WILDLIGHT IS FANTASTIC!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
