Appointment for echo cardiogram was handled ontime. Technician was friendly and professional.

The hospitals OK the care adequate. I object to the no exceptions mask policy. I cannot tolerate facial coverings declined to mask accompanied my companion to his appointment. Next thing I know a security guard shows up at the doctors office ultimately threatening to have the police called to escort me out bc I was being unreasonable despite my explanation why I wasnt wearing one. He told a number of fibs including my companions doctor had called refusing to see him unless I masked claiming that there was a state law in place requiring masking in hospitals. Shands in Jville was willing to work with me on my last appointment there allowed me to use a face shield slightly more tolerable instead. Their willingness to work with me indicates superior care concern for the patients families. I will visit Baptist Nassau only if there is no other alternative.

This hospital was great and awesome. When I had the Virus they took excellent care of me. The nurses were Angels. I was not a number to them I was a Patient that mattered to them.

Terrible hospital they all treat you like cattle. Every RN there is in it for the $ and not the patient. We are all dollar signs in their eyes. If you have a emergency situation stay far from this hospital. Absolutely disgusting and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Our family has had the most amazing service care and compassion at Baptist Nassau We have unfortunately been there many times and whether its for a non routine emergency or a true literal life and death situation we have had nothing less than perfect care We are a small island and are so very lucky to have Baptist here Thank you everyone

I was scheduled for a nuclear stress test at the heart lab inside Baptist Fernandina Hospital. From the time you walk in the staff makes you feel welcome and walks you through the registration process. The Nurses and technicians are attentive and inform you on each step in the process. I highly recommend this Hospital for all your medical needs. If you experience and emergency medical condition then try to make sure your close or can get to this Hospital.

Dr. Ross and his Registered nurse forgotten her name but they helped me get through my scary incision procedure yesterday They comfort me and made me feel ALOT BETTER Baptist Nassau is always AMAZING

My 83 year old Mother fell and broke her wrist. I brought her to the Baptist Nassau ER bc it is our closest hospital. She had excellent care from the ER staff and Physician Later date for her surgery and again excellent treatment from Daystay OR and PACU providers Would not take my Mother anywhere else EXCELLENT
