List of Carly Miller's Reviews
If your time is worth anything, move along Dr. Miller is highly knowledgeable, but her scheduling and time management are consistent challenges. I’ve waited an average of about an hour for every appointment, with the only reliable option being an 8:00 AM slot. Even telehealth appointments often run 1.5 hours late.It appears the office routinely books times she cannot meet, leading to unnecessary delays. For busy professionals, this level of unreliability is difficult to manage.Dr. Miller’s expertise is outstanding, but her practice urgently needs to improve scheduling discipline. If you value your time, consider another provider.
Carley is a pro She is a true professional. She is thorough, organized, and effective.Every time I have had an issue, somehow, some way, we have solved it with her leading the way. We work very well as a team, mental health is excellent because of her knowledge and skill.
Very knowledgeable, considerate, informative I enjoy our conversations, never feel rushed , always leave with solutions. She not only is good with my anxiety and depression problems but gives me good advise on many other problems and health issues.
The doctors there do a decent job, except in communication with the client. It is near non existent. Billing is horrible, with no response, full mailboxes, etc. This should be a legal issue for this facility and DR Miller.
Dr Miller is exceptional with prescribing the correct medication. She explains it throughly and works with the patient to lower side effects. Her counciling is exceptional, providing tools to help you be your best self. Her receptionist/medical assistant is friendly and knowledgeable of medicine and pharmacy.
Highly unlikely instead of helping us when sought help she caused more problems. Not a nice person. Shame on her.
I went to Sara for several years. She was excellent! However, they hired a new office assistant and I was suddenly “dismissed “ from my provider. I am so upset. This office really needs to remember why their patients are there and work with them. I heard several other people have had similar experiences in the last 6-8 mos. It’s very unprofessional.
Dr. Miller is absolutely amazing! She has stuck by me through some of the darkest times of my life! So very caring and well worth the wait...
Dr Miller is great. Her office staff is very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone needing her help.
Rude, uncaring staff. Wait times can, and most times exceed 1 hour. The staff is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. I didn't feel as if they are in the right line of work. Why would I want to reschedule my appointment, after waiting 45 minutes? I want the help I drove 45 minutes for. Do you want these people representing your office? I don't even get 10 minutes of my supposed 1 hour session. You should check on your patients. Do you even know what goes on in your own office? You said you could help. Prove it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
