Good luck trying to get ahold of the office. I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 months to try and get test results back and it’s near impossible. I’ve been a patient here for many years and I think this might be the nail in the coffin for me.

During my annual, Dr. Twiggs asked what issues I was having and then proceeded to only concentrate on the one issue. She listened to my lungs and gave me a pap smear and the appointment was over. No blood work, no going over previous issues or meds, or anything else. Just terrible.

I am very pleased with the level of care provided by Dr. Twiggs and her staff. They are always very accommodating, polite and courteous. I think Dr. Twiggs is very knowledgeable and caring. My husband is also, a patient and finds the practice to be very excellent. We trust her expertise and her follow-up has been impeccable.

I’m surprised at the poor reviews. My husband and I both go to Dr. Twiggs and are very satisfied with her. I feel like she listens and shares insights and knowledge. I find her very professional.

I got to see their PA debby carter. She listened very well. Her assistant was very informative and helpful. Very pleasant checkout reception. But the lady at the front desk was not kind. Very short with me. But overall it was good. I will go back

I love Dr. Twiggs! Some people may be put off that she doesn’t make small talk and gets directly to your health issues, but I truly appreciate her focus on my health during the time spent in the office. If you’d rather a doctor who chats you up then has no time to answer questions and give you comprehensive information about your health, don’t go to Dr. Twiggs. If you want a knowledgeable professional who cares more about YOUR health rather than how your third cousin twice removed is doing at their new job, then definitely go to Dr. Twiggs.

Dr. Twiggs is a very caring and practical physician. She takes the time to listen to you - never rushed. My husband and I have been going to her for years.

The Doctors arent the best, and they arent the worst. But the office is most definitely the most unprofessional and inept I have ever dealt with. There are many better Doctors out there.
