Dr Rho was my childrens pediatrician when they were born. When the military converted to Tricare from Champus, Dr Rho stuck to his principles and did not subscribe to Tricare. Therefore, I had to change doctors. HOWEVER, if I had had a choice, I would have stayed with Dr Rho. He was terrific and truly dedicated to his patients. I trusted him completely. I am happy to write an endorsement for him and even though I havent seen him in 12 years, I would still gladly recommend him.
