Oh my gosh Dr Bates is a professional I mean he knows his job he really calm all my scaryness down. I thought I was going to lose my right arm listening to other folks but he reassured me that its going to be alright Im going to refer this young man to everyone I know that are having issues with there joints. And another hes very kind.

Visit was to followup on recent MRI of right shoulder. MRI showed a small tear has begun in my rotator cuff which had been repaired in January 2017. I have been experiencing increasing pain in my should for about a year. Todays visit resulted in a hydrocortisone injection with a followup in six weeks. Dr Bates is a caring individual who listens to his patients and makes them feel comfortable. He seems to be conservative in his treatment of symptoms which I appreciate. I would recommend Dr Bates to friends and family.

He was so honest about the fact that he couldn’t initially diagnose or explain my symptoms based on his assessment and review of my MRI and Xrays. He was willing to explore further which is so much more than any other orthopedic doctor has been willing to do so far. He was definitely a good listener and seemed genuinely concerned about trying to help me if he could.
