He has no conscience. If they should put negative remarks in your chart don't let it go or they will own you and take over your healthcare so that you have absolutely no privacy. Some people don't even notice what they are doing or don't know what to do about it. Some of us don't have money for lawyers to take care of it but that is the only way to rid yourself of these pests. So please don't let any false negative remarks in your record go because they need that to do what they do best.

This doctor put a "delusional disorders" notation in my medical record at Orange Park Hospital and then had the nerve to have my new providers evaluate me (for what I don't know). Now I will have to live with this the rest of my life but i shouldn't have too much left of that. He collected my PHI from all of my providers for over a year. I hope he has finished but I doubt that. Persistent pest! I am not delusional but something I was not told about must have happened during that procedure which I will never know about. The "delusional disorders" was used in case I may have awakened and knew what that was. So hurt because I trusted him with my life. After the procedure everyone seemed nervous but no one said anything. I will certainly try to avoid surgeries as much as I can because of this incidence. I am so hurt this would happen. Still can't believe it.

Definitely does and he is very good at it so always be careful what you say in that office because you never know when you will have intruders in your healthcare visit. Why? I guess they have too much free time or want to use you for something. Teaching @ Orange Park Hospital or research there. Maybe they want to make money on evaluating you for nothing you did wrong. Even if you did nothing wrong their word is better than yours. Please be careful.

And let me tell you those people have no professional ethics. All of the employees use the patients' PHI for their entertainment while putting on a very friendly and caring face. The doctors at the practice are also the same. They think they are so above their patients and they think the patients will never know what they are really doing. God Bless You if you let them send you to the hospital for a procedure.
