my experience is sad but true. I called on Tuesday to do a refill on my prescription. I waited until Wednesday no one called me so I called to find out what’s going on my prescription they told me they had just sent it over on that same Wednesday. How inconsiderate are they knowing that I needed my medication so on Friday they called and said your medication is ready at 11:50 but we’re closing at 1:15 so do you think you can make it to pick your medication up if you need it for the weekend that’s very inconsiderate.
If I could give a 10 star review I would. Front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr Hunger is hands down AMAZING . When he came in he immediately introduced himself to me. After we discussed my iron situation, he told me he had already taken a look at my history and took the liberty of submitting a pre-approval to the insurance company for the infusion drug. He felt that the iron was needed right away and he was prepared for it before I even got there! However he still made sure to get the full story from me about my symptoms before he made his final decision. I truly felt cared about and I had a big smile on my face. He personally walked me over to the IV administration room to tell the intake person I needed my infusion today. The nurse also took great care of me, and told me what to expect with every part of infusion process. I have been telling everyone I know about my awesome experience. Just WOW!
I have not been there in a year and 7 months, can I come in and say hi at the front desk, thank you, lillian
The one star is for Ms. Kim Worthy, Practice Administrator. I am not one to write reviews but this experience needed to be known. I have been going to CSNF for three years. I am grateful that my issue isn't Cancer related. On yesterday I had a doctor's visit where I met with my Dr., Dr. Moezi and his intern. At the directives of the Dr., myself and the intern headed to the room where the Cancer patients primarily rec. their Chemo. treatments. Upon turning the corner, I noticed it was a line of people waiting to enter the room and not spaced out. At that point, I asked the lady sitting at the appointment desk for a mask. She directed me to the front desk. As I entered to ask Ms. Trisha, the receiving clerk , for mask, a lady, Ms. Kim Worthy who was leaving the building intercepted the request and related to me the masks are for patients. After a brief discussion and her going back and forth with me concerning the cost of masks, refusals, she did give me one in the rudest manner. Ms. Worthy then proceeded to follow me as to intimidate me. I was a patient as evident by my 75 copay, my doctor visit and then on to get iron. I explained to her I did not feel comfortable with the mask I had on as to why I requested a mask. The reasons I asked for a mask 1.Once I entered the hallway and it was a line, I wanted to further protect the patients who might have been more vulnerable than myself as I related I am not a Cancer patient. 2. I work in a school setting all day which I had left before heading to this appt. and again wanted a mask to further protect their patients as well as myself. This review does not reflect on others who have been nothing but professional and compassionate over the years as a Healthcare center. I am disappointed that Ms. Kim Worthy is any form of representation of this fine Healthcare Institution because her behavior on yesterday does not represent this place in any form. She was rude, demeaning and displayed targeted behavior unprofessional as a Healthcare professional.
When dealing with patients who have cancer or otherwise, you should always be courteous , and polite. These patients (cancer patients) have a hard enough time as is and they surely don't need the front desk receptionist being rude to them. It was hard to bear listening to the back office receptionist Janie being rude to a patient. She yelled at her in front of everybody and God bless her because she didn't feed into that bad day, attitude Janie openly displayed. Please do all us a favor and retrain your staff on customer service etiquette. DO BETTER!
I get treatments here every month, the staff does their best to make you comfortable and to help you with any needs. Sweetest nurses I've ever known!
My husband started coming here because his doctor put in his head that they believe he had 20 years left in the initially consultation. He had stage 4 esophageal cancer and I kept telling him to get a second opinion from Mayo Clinic before treatments started. The staff is really nice but nice didn't save my husband's life. His doctors was not good at educating him what was happening with his cancer. Every time he ask a specific question then the doctors couldn't answer it where it makes sense! If I knew we had only 3 months to be together, we would have plan our lives differently. My husband trusted these doctors to take care of him and give accurate answers. I feel when you go into the doctor visit, its like 5 minutes. I am so mad for his doctor telling my husband he had 20 years bc that is what kept him going. My husband deteriorated right in front of me in a 3 month period. Then they want to talk about quality of life after they sucked the life from him! I hate how the doctors don't communicate with each other. Plus, he also asked do I need to go to Mayo Clinic and of course his doctor said no because they put their greed before your health! My husband is a great man that loved life and even though he passed away recently. During these short 3 months, he had a positive outlook on life and was still considerate of other people's feelings before his own.
Amazing doctors and nurses. Every one is so sweet and go out of there way for you.
The staff here are so very kind and caring!!
I had one doctor during chemo and a different doctor for after care while in remission. Doctors are great. Chemo staff was terrific. Labs lady is the most gentle blood draws of my life. Office staff: messages sent to patient portal answered promptly until this last experience-a week after message sent. Not cool as it regarded port pain. Today I had port removed as I have a subclavian blood clot. Really a let down emotionally.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
