Avoid At all cost! The front desk staff of this location is completely rude and unprofessional. My mother had a cleaning appointment and wasn't notified on its cancellation. We rescheduled for another visit and later were told she didn't have an appointment even after receiving a voicemail confirming she had an appointment. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anybody because the lack communication with the patient is abysmal and the staff are rude.

I went to this place for dentures and it has been a nightmare. I had to send them back four times because the lab kept making the teeth too long. When I rejected them that 4th time Dr Patricia Clark refused to send them back to the lab again and only did it when her assistant had a talk with her about it. When they came back in again I was concerned about them looking lopsided but they said it was just the way they were sitting in my mouth so I told him to go ahead and process them. Well when I got them home I was looking at them and you can clearly see that the teeth are bigger on one side than the other. I took them back over there and Dr Clark said that she doesn't see it. She is a liar. Everybody I've shown them to can clearly see the teeth are bigger on one side so now I'm stuck with a lopsided pair of dentures for 5 years before my insurance will pay for another set. I asked them to send them back to the lab to get that fixed and they told me they can't do that.

Only one star because I can't give less that I know of. I hate Coast Dental Fleming Island. And I hate Dr Patricia Clark. I went to them to get dentures. Big mistake! I hate the dentures I got they are too big and the teeth are too long. I look like I have horse teeth. I had to send them back four times and when they tried them on me the 5th time I was too chicken shit to send them back again because of the way Dr Clark acted when I sent them back the fourth time by bitching and saying that she wouldn't send them back to the lab again. She only sent them back because her assistant went and had to talk with her about it and convinced her to do so. When I brought that up to her today when I was over there to try and get something done she said she didn't even remember that because she has so many patients. I told her it was because she has selective memory but that I will always remember it. Do not go there if you have any sense. Believe me cheaper is not better. If you want natural looking teeth this is not the place to go. You can clearly see that the teeth are bigger on one side of the denture than the other but Patricia Clark said she couldn't see it. The teeth are still too long and lopsided on top of it.

terrible service bad communication, I had asked if it worked with my plan (solstice) they said yes I made the appointment and everything was ok, after weeks they sent me the bill saying that the plan had not covered it. And why didn't they tell me before the appointment or on the day. They let me do everything to be charged later. Very disappointing! I don't recommend this place!

Great doctor and wonderful staff front office manager and staff , hygienist all top notch highly recommended

I’ve been going to them for many years. The offices aren’t as fancy as private dentists, but the care is just as good. And you save a lot of money. My only wish is that they have gas.

Great,Great,Great dentist office. Very thorough. Got me in at my appointment time. Very friendly staff and explains everything they're doing. I have been going here for years. Very happy patient. My teeth are very healthy and as white as they've ever been. I look forward to my appointments.
