My right knee blew out, ACL, MCL and Meniscus. I chose CORA Fleming Island for PT pre- and post- surgery. Matt and Liz understood and continue to understand my challenges, struggles and pain points while expertly supporting my rehabitation and strengthening needs. They have been an absolute amazing partner and expert in my journey. I meet with the surgeon again next week and will be "walking" in to see him!! THANK YOU CORA Fleming Island, Matt & Liz!!!

During the first week I was worried because my doctors implied that I could possibly need surgery ,but in a matter of weeks in therapy I could see the difference in my leg,I could feel the difference in my leg, and I was becoming happier with the result.I do not need to get surgery thanks to them. Not only that, but my physical therapist was able to reassure me that he knew exactly what I had by explaining and teaching me what was going on.( He could confidently tell me that it was not a tear in my ACL like my previous two doctor had insisted)

I gotta admit that I really didn't have very much faith in the PT hokey pokey but these guys showed me the way to legitimate recovery. I'm not eternally grateful but I am highly appreciative of them getting me back on track. Matt, Ryan & Lizzie were all kind, courteous & slightly humorous(sometimes) making for a very comfortable atmosphere to regain mobility without misery.

I must say team Matt is absolutely amazing. I never have to worry about flexibility Ryan takes care of that and helps wherever he can. Matt goes above and beyond daily and he pushes you and even your confidence. Lizzy is totally amazing and a great addition. I was looking to work with her today like yesterday but she was off, and I can only do therapy on certain days and would love if she was there everyday, it’s always good to have consistency with the same therapist. I couldn’t be more happier and comfortable and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

From day one Cora Fleming Island has been amazing!, My case is very difficult due to the nature of my injury, and support from WC. Ryan has been amazing working with my work schedule, always friendly and makes time to talk and make me feel comfortable…being a nurse, on the receiving side of health care is difficult and emotional. Matt has been my therapist since day one, he has gone above and beyond to treat my injuries, reach out to WC for orders and giving suggestions. He is always professional, caring and puts the needs of the patient come first, not just me but everyone there,,, The newest addition to the Cora family is Elizabeth, she is part time and I am hopeful she will be there everyday. She is positive, energetic, creative and is working so hard to help me recover. Ryan, Matt and Lizzie work so well together…..they are my “Physical Therapy Family”. I would recommend them to anyone!,,,,
