My daughter had the most wonderful experience here! She had a challenging time at other dentist offices and this was a world of difference. The staff seemed to have a 6th sense on exactly how to help her and what to say (and also what not to say!). Before she even realized it they were already done cleaning her teeth (we had Daviana and I hope I spelled that correctly! She was wonderful and did an amazing job, incredibly thorough while also being fast, efficient, and just so calm and confident). Dr Martinez was amazing, she was excited and really cared. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. I can't say enough good things and I haven't even mentioned the incredible decor yet. There are a lot of kid's dentists in the Jacksonville area but they are not all built the same. If you feel like you've tried other places and haven't had a great experience, give this place a try because they completely changed my mind on what can be possible to get kids excited about dental hygiene. Thank you guys!

This place is perfect for children - to make them at ease before the cleaning and make it a bit fun for them. All personnel is very welcoming and kind. The doctor answers all questions thoroughly.

This place is the best!! Where were they when I was a kid. Dr Martinez and her staff are amazing. My granddaughter, now 9, has received great care every visit. I recommend this place to everyone. Try them one time and you won't regret it.

My daughter had an incident at school involving a tire swing. They were able to see us quickly and resolve our tooth troubles! Love this office and staff.

Our experience was amazing! Both of my kids felt super comfortable and had a lot of fun in the waiting room. Neither one needed me to go back with them. The staff was super informative and professional. The Dentist was more than Amazing! She explained the recommendations in detail and answered all of my questions. We will definitely be back!

My son, who happens to be on the autism spectrum, fell over the weekend and knocked his front teeth. This also happened to be while the hurricane was coming so I was so concerned about getting the help he needed. They got him in quickly and we scheduled the next day to sedate him so they could get in there to take X-rays and pull teeth. They are incredible. It meant so much.

Couldn’t be more pleased with this office! Our family traveled down to Middleburg, Florida so our children could spend the summer with their grandparents. Within 48 hours, our daughter had slipped on a bath mat and severely injured her upper teeth. We took her to an emergency room and they recommended to get emergency dental X-rays. We started calling local pediatric dentist offices, and Dr. Martinez office was the ONLY one that opened up their schedule and office to us. The office staff, hygienist, and doctors were so friendly and treated our daughter with kindness and care. 10/10 highly recommend
