Dr. El Sabbagh succeeded in helping me where other doctors had failed, and others refused to even try and help my heart. I was getting so depressed because of how miserable I felt but after my first procedure with Dr. El Sabbagh, it was like a miracle. We did some more finetuning, and I'm delighted and so grateful to report I feel 110% better, and my heart is at peace. I feel like I have things to look forward to again, & my whole outlook is positive. I credit Dr. El Sabbagh with giving me my life back. He's very understanding, he explains things well, & he inspires a lot of confidence. He's a tremendously competent electrophysiologist, and keeps abreast of all new developments in that field. I feel very Blessed to have found him.

I recently had a heart ablasion and the entire experience was exceptional. The Supporting nurses and Anesthesilogist were very professional and supportive. I have found a new admiration for all of the people at St Vincents Hospital for the care I received there but especially Dr. Firas El Sabbaugh who in my opinion is the Doctor I trust for my Heart Health going forward. He folowed up the next day and I really appreciated that but more importantly he fixed my Heart condition which was a PVC ( Premature Ventricular Contraction ) in about an Hour and a Half and was discharged that same day. I do not believe I could have received better care anywhere else so if you need a great Cardiac Electrohpysiologist ( That's a long word for sure ) please consider him cause in my opinion he is one of the best. Quick shout out to his assistant Tony at First Coast Cardiology who has been monitoring my Pace Maker. I'm 76 years old and God willing I have a new extension on life thanks to them.Thanks, Ron

I have been a patient at First Coast Cardiovascular Institute for seven years now. Under the care of best cardiologists and staff. Dr. El Sabbagh is the best cardiac electrophysiologist, He explained my condition, listened and answered my questions ,he was patient took his time and made me at ease. After my A-Fib. Cryoablation I feel great. I will follow Dr. El Sabbagh's recommendations for a better healthy heart.

I was fortunate to meet Dr El Sabbagh in late 2021 when my heart was beating erratically. He implanted a pacemaker and has followed me since then. He did a watchman procedure to get me off blood thinners which I had trouble tolerating. After that my Afib flared up. He assured me he would take good care of me and fix the problem. I had an ablation earlier this week and so far feeling great. Dr El Sabbagh is very professional yet clearly cares about and listens to his patients. I think he is one of the best doctors I’ve had the privilege to care for me. He is also very highly respected by the nurses and staff at the hospital and his offices as an outstanding doctor to work on the cardio team. He is always smiling and friendly and you know with him as your doctor you are in highly intelligent and great hands

I will be forever grateful for Dr. El Sabbagh diligently learning his craft to serve his community of patients. His bedside manner is second to none. While in ER he asked me what I did for a living. I told him an Electrician by trade but worked helping people find electrical jobs with training, healthcare, pensions and good working conditions. He said he also was a electrician, a Heart Electrician and explained to me what he was going to do. I showed up for follow appointment and brought him a IBEW pin and made him an honorary member of the IBEW (our Electrical Union). A Great Gentleman that I will be forever grateful.

Doctor El Sabbagh installed a pacemaker/defibrillator on November 14, 2022. Since then I have continued to feel better with each passing day. Today I feel better than I have felt in the past two years. I am thankful for this wonderful doctor and the work he does.

Dr. Firas El Sabbath is arguably one of the best Cardiac Electrophysiologist in the profession. I came to him with a heart condition for which I have seen other providers. He quickly identified the problem after numerous tests.He did explain everything to me and proceeded with treatment. His treatment reversed that condition and I no longer have it. I will highly recommend him to any patient. He is highly professional but at the same time very compassionate and complete gentleman.

Dr El Sabbagh takes time to explain/educate patients about their conditions and treatment options. He performed an Ablation on my heart to control A-Fib in June, 2022 and installed the WATCHMAN FLX to reduce/eliminate the need for blood thinners. Awesome Cardiologist and I Highly Recommend him and First Coast Cardiological Institute.

Dr El Sabbagh is about as good as they get. He took the time to explain everything to me and put my mind at ease. I was really scared but the more he explained and helped me understand, the better I felt about having my procedure. He truly is a people person and very good at what he does.
