the drs and staff here are really nice. they listen to you and what is going on. and dont just assume things... and they give you options of treatments. and explain what diff treatments will do to help. i have eds and it is very hard to find a dr who knows about it. and how to maintain or manage it. instead of just saying its all in your head. or its not a real issue. all in all i am happy everytime i leave this office.

My foot doc referred me to this facility for treatment of RSD. Thus being Im in acute pain 247. I already have a stimulator installed so this procedure Ive attempted to get scheduled since mid June is to replace the battery but NOT a one single person at this facility has yet to return the 50 voice mail messages left to date. The service and patient care here is horrible and these people should be ashamed to call themselves doctors

Dr. Reddy and his staff have given me the best pain management care I have ever had.

Just can not say enough about the doctors and staff i just wish i had of found them from the start of my pain management they are the best even so that my wife is wanting to come over they treat you like you are the only one coming to them they are great.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and I can say Ive had an awesome experience each time. Dr. Reddy has not only been understanding but he really does focus on the future of his patients. The injections he does really do help with the pain youre currently experiencing. Staff is also amazing and helpful each time you come in as well.

Dr. Reddy is kind and compassionate . He listens to your concerns My husband has had multiple surgeries and suffers with RSD. Since going to Dr Reddy his pain is manageable and he has a better quality of life.

I’ve had facial pain for 6+ years and after seeing 30 specialists I was finally referred to Jax Spine Pain to see Dr. Reddy. I needed a doctor that would listen think outside the box and genuinely care without the need to prescribe RX’s as I refuse them. Dr. Reddy was always willing to take the time to explain procedures outcomes and other ideas. He is very professional and respectful of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy

If there was a way to rate this place zero stars I would absolutely I went to this place as a referral from my neuro after learning I have a pinched nerve in my neck and both sides of my lower back. I was initially being seen by one doctor and after a follow up appointment learned he left and was being seen by Reddy.I was given two temporary procedures before doing radio frequency ablation. In the ablation procedure I was told I would be numb that turned out to be inaccurate. I almost came off the table in so much pain Doctor injected more numbing medicine which again I was not completely numb. He suggested I count down because the procedure was only a minute and a half long. Immediately following the procedure the doctor leaves before I can get up from being face down. MA says I would be numb for a few hours and I explained I was in a lot of pain and NOT numb at all She says “sorry” and sends me on my way. Doctor was unavailable because he was prepping for his next procedure. I leave and immediately call to have Reddy call me because at this point I can’t even move Hours later his MA calls and says take OTC Ibuprofen for pain. Hours later zero relief. I call after care who prescribes muscle relaxer. Fast forward a couple days I call the doctors office because even with muscle relaxers that are knocking me out to sleep I wake up from a deep sleep in pain only hours later and awake the rest of the day in pain. Call their office several times after attempting to send a message to my doctor only to have MAs call me and say keep icing and take OTC medicine. Keep calling before the doctor FINALLY calls me directly a week later. Only to learn that I had an adverse nerve reaction and needed prescribed steroid.Fast forward another week of pain and no sleep I call and cancel my secondary procedure in lieu of a follow up I requested with my doctor about the pain and inability to sleep or do any activities. I arrive only to learn I was scheduled with the NP and NOT my doctor. She ends up bringing Reddy in who advises I would benefit from trigger injections into “tense” and clearly visible swollen parts of my upper back neck and shoulder blade. Three shots later and zero clue how much that’s going to cost I was told it will take a few days to feel better. I was prescribed different medicine for muscle relaxers. I told the doctor I cannot be on medicine that makes me sleep or alters my ability to function because I NEED to work and had already taken a week off work from the prior procedure issue. Get my new scripts and learn they too make you drowsy AND come with a HUGE warning on both to NOT take together AND huge warning label can cause heart attack stroke on BOTH scripts ugh no thanks Not to mention with the new medicine guidance I would have been taking muscle relaxers in the AM not sure how I’d work and then the anti inflammatory and then another muscle relaxer to sleep.Fast forward a few days in MORE pain than before I ever went into this office. Not one call from an MA NP or Doctor to check on my status and still unable to sleep I’m supposed to return to work tomorrow and am still in the same holding pattern of no sleep in so much pain In most cases awake ALL NIGHT in paindiscomfort and completely exhausted. In addition unable to attend any physical therapy appointments.Let’s not forget that you leave their office with NO post op paperwork on home care what to expect or when to call for an emergency due to reaction etc. Couple that with the fact that the portal does NOT allow you to send messages to their office and you spend your time waiting for call backs from MAs who cannot explain what’s really going on and shuffled with simple inaccurate guidance.I will not being going back to this place for ANY procedures and highly recommend folks to seek help at a more credible institution. I am now left with no choice but to seek an urgent appointment with my neurologist and will again miss more time off work. Honestly I wish I had never even went to this place or had these procedures done.
