List of North Florida Surgeons's Reviews
Every Visit And Conversation With Dr.Uchal Makes Me Feel Good About My Decision And I Was Treated Very Well By Everyone I Came In Contact With As Soon As I Came Through The Doors😇🙏😛
Billing is ridiculous. It is uncleared on breakdowns. We were there for a check up for my son. The wait time is longer than the actual time the doctor spent with us even with an appointment. Not to mentioned I think we are being overcharged for that service.
I went to see dr. Polly for a hernia. He was extremely rude and an a in every sense of the word causing me to just walk out on him. and when I said that I was done there he reverted to a third grader and was like yeah just leave. I wouldnt recommend him to somebody with a hangnail. I will not be back.
Between the staff setting up appointments to the scheduling department. Fantastic They actually care. Dr Uchal was great listened to my problem and came up with a game plan to attack the problem that made sense. I tried other Drs in the area They don’t come close to the service I received. Five star ⭐️
Very Sad I’m a stage 4 cancer survivor having major complications and in need of emergency surgery I have been refused service from North Florida Surgeons because of a $264 unpaid bill from 2011 when I was fighting for my life I have insurance and Medicare to cover any new expenses and did back then instead of seeing me and researching the unpaid bill they flat out refuse to see me... I’m in deep pain and I’m afraid of dying... I’m a single Dad of three kids full time and they need their father and I’m unable to get help because of a $264 bill from 2011... I feel like this is ridiculous and wanted to share with everyone what type of company this is... ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY 💰 Very Sad... I’m praying I don’t die from this and I’m able to get help Soon.. 🙏🏻
I highly recommend NFS for your surgical needs. Dr. Polley was very informative and was always eager to answer my questions. I always felt at ease which was a huge plus.
Never trust a company that asks you to sign a binding arbitration agreement AND requires you to provide a valid credit card and preauthorization to charge it before a doctor will even see you. I trusted them 3 times and all 3 resulted in complications.
Great place doctor Hodget is a great doctor and made me feel comfortable about going back to see after I left seeing them and is getting things on track for me
Corporate bulling by refusing service if you do not sign away your rights to mandatory arbitration. Must of had some recent judgements against the physicianssurgeons. If this is their way to avoid liability shouldn’t it be about being good providers? Get it easy for the social media backlash
Dr. Polley is the best doctor he cares about his patients a lot. He is the best

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
