In my moment of concern, this office was amazing. The facility was clean and did not make me feel like I was in a hospital or physician setting. The mammo tech, Tara, was beyond comforting. I had a lot of anxiety over a lump in my breast and she handled me like the top priority of her day!The ultrasound tech, Brittany was quick with the test but spent time explaining my next steps.Katie the facility manager introduced herself to me and made me feel very welcomed.This facility is definitely your above and beyond place! I am very thankful for their time efficiency and compassion.

Went for my mammogram and sonogram a few days ago and the staff was very nice and friendly. I was lucky to get Tara again and she was just a wonderful, compassionate and kind person. I have been going to this facility since we moved to Florida and I am so glad to have been referred to this imaging center. Exceptional customer service and 5 star rating!

I’ve tried many different precision imaging around the area and this one is the best. Tara who did the mammogram was so sweet and chatted with me the whole time just to make me feel comfortable. Would highly suggest this location

I’ve been here twice in the last month and they are always kind and try to keep you at ease as possible. The waiting room is very relaxing and comfortable. I would go here for any and all imaging needs.

Fast and friendly service.

I recently had my first appointment at the Fleming Island location. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a hospitable and comforting experience in a medical-related setting. Also, the ladies at this location are hands down so professional, knowledgeable that it made me feel like I was in good hands. We need more people like them!

My appointment was last week. I was in and out in less than 30 mins for a mammogram and bone density test. Staff was very friendly and professional. I have been using another imaging center for 10 plus years but they no longer do mammograms. I will definitely be going here from now on. 5 star review from me👍

Lisa was outstanding! I've had a lot of MRI's in my life so I know a good tech when I luck upon one. Lisa went to the top of my list of the BEST! She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and more importantly I didn't even feel when she stuck the contrast needle in.  I just can't say enough good things about my visit at your FI location. The whole staff was wonderful from the time I walked in the door.

This is my new imaging center! They do everything right! From the very 1st conversation, through the procedure, they were all AMAZING! I have never had better customer service anywhere!! Loren at the front desk was beyond exceptional! What a sweet and caring personality! So heart warming.Allison, my technician for my CT, was also a beautiful young lady who listened, and was so compassionate. Giving me a nice warm blanket, and positioning my leg with cushy soft blankets not just hard rolled sheets like most, or foam wedges.This company will be the only imaging center I will go to ever again, and you can bet that I will make sure to let my friends and Drs know too!The atmosphere, people and service was BEYOND AMAZING!!!!Thank you so very much!!!Toni StenmarkOrange Park FL

Amazing staff. Very friendly & professional. They worked around my schedule & were able to make multiple appointments for me in a timely manner. Very impressed with the Fleming Island location and it's much more convenient for me than Gate Parkway location. Keep up the good work!
