List of Ana Cruz Diaz's Reviews
Dr. Ana Cruz-Diaz is the best! She makes my well-being her primary focus, and I am always very happy with the care she provides to me. She is never rushed and truly cares. I’m thankful to have an amazing personal physician like her in my life! Thank you Dr. Cruz!. p.s. I am also very happy with the front office staff.
Receptionist Bailey very unprofessional. Extremely rude very disappointing you shouldn’t work in customer service if that’s something you don’t enjoy !!!! Go find yourself something that motivates you to be a better human being !
For the pass few years I have been going to Dr. Cruz-Diaz. Both Dr Diaz-Cruz and her staff are friendly and always greet me with a smile. The Dr always listens and provides the care I need. Kudos to both Dr. Cruz-Diaz and the wonderful employees that work there.
I get out of the hospital and need to see the doc and they make it Dec! My profile has a lot of cancellations, I didn’t even have an appointment to cancel. Her staff is very rude and disrespectful. The way they run the office…. I’ll give the dr the message and we’ll see if she wants you to come in or not. Meanwhile you have asked to see the doc! 4 days later and no call! I use to say she was good but not any more. She lets her personality get in the way of her profession.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Cruz since 2014. At that time I would’ve rated her at five she has not seen me for over two years. Before Covid. If you need to see her the front desk test clear it and they decide more or less, if it’s gonna go to Dr. Cruz or not. Better call to make an appointment or you won’t get in. You can be on deaths door and it doesn’t matter. They have put appointments in and cancel them. And I never made the appointment in the first place. Last Friday I had an appointment with her and they called and said she had a meeting and change it to Monday. So it was written in the books that I canceled the appointment. The girls in the front are very rude and pushy And sometimes don’t even give Dr. Cruz the message. I called to talk to her boss and they said that they were in a meeting and they would call back but Dr. Cruz‘s office called back her Boston even bother. I was in the hospital for four days and need a bloodwork done within a week, it’s been almost a month and she still won’t see me. The next available appointment with her is December. That’s a neglect.
Positive overall with partial knee now at eight week’s post-op. Got through physical therapy. Have better balance with neurological problems because knee swelling reduced the healing effect of living. With the swelling cut, good things may happen. Life is good, thanks, Dr. Ana.
Have had her since moving to Florida 4 years ago. Very thorough. Smart. Have recommended her to others. Very personable
If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet Dr. Ana
It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend.
Dr. Ana has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
