Did you check doctor’s background before you let your love one take the prescriptions? We had same experience with other 1 star reviewers, and luckily we went to other good doctor.

Dr. Dewan is absolutely the WORST doctor I have ever had. He is extremely condescending and no help whatsoever. He is degrading and has definitely made me cry on an occasion. I feel so bad for any child he has made feel stupid, because that’s what he does, he sits there and tries to make you feel stupid. And then has the nerve to brag about his own daughter in efforts to make you feel “less than”. I don’t believe this man should have his license anymore or work with children. I wish i could give him zero stars like the rest of these reviews. DO NOT go to him you will regret it.

The worst pediatric endo in the valley. Not only is Dr. Dewan awful (and not great with children), but his staff is as well. Dr. Dewan has made my daughter cry during appointments multiple times, affected her self esteem and has generally just been generally horrible. I've spoken with multiple parents of children (teenagers especially) who have had similar experiences with this office. We are transferring to a new endo (thankfully) and right now I feel l like this office is holding my daughter's medical records hostage. If I could give zero stars, I would.

He is been my son's endocrinologist for 10 years and always there for him at any time, hust the best Dr.

Run for the hills! Very unprofessional! My son has been without his medication for over 3 months and they won't call back or fix the issue!

Dr. Dewan is an excellent physician, but his staff is pathetic. I held on the phone for 48 minutes, only to have them hang up the phone. I’ve called 4 times regarding a new strength of thyroid for my daughter. The staff never follows through. My daughter has been a patient for over 10 years. Ultimately, the doctor is responsible for his staff. I’m a nurse and know this firsthand. We will find a new endocrinologist. I don’t recommend that anyone put up with this nonsense.

My girls, both Type 1 diabetics have been seeing Dr Dewan for 7-8 years now. Short wait times, efficient staff and have never had trouble getting the RX's like the other reviewers stated. Dr. Dewan is an excellent Dr. who is always on the cutting edge of technology. We are always in the loop about what is coming up in the way of diabetes care. If you are a Type 1 parent do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Dewan. He will help you get some piece of mind and a little more sleep.

Dr. Dewan is great!!! However, the office staff is a nightmare! Just getting prescriptions is a nightmare. After 2 years, they are still not getting it right!! After the Dr. writes it, I am not sure what happens, but I have had to manage it every month which is quite frustrating!! They cannot even measure height correctly!! My son is being treated for small stature, and one month he actually "shrunk" because the staff does not even know how to measure correctly.

Great doctor, believes in technology, very kind with kids. The best.

I wish I could leave a zero. His office never follows through on paperwork. Never return phone calls. There has been too many major mistakes on my child's health care with this office.Do not go here find any other doctor possible.
