This practice was just what the doctor ordered! Very welcoming and friendly staff. But the real five star rating belongs to Dr. Ledia Cobian. Listened to all I had to say. Read my reports and was so knowledgeable and informative. Sat and spoke with me. Made me feel heard. And actually got me an appointment with a doctor this week that I was scheduled to see in May! I can’t say enough about my great experience !

I am not sure where the negatives came from because I have been treated 3 times by this office and had nothing but positives . Prompt service, professional, CORRECT diagnosis when others blew me off.

Dr Aklilu treated me while I was in the hospital and the n later at his office. He is very professional, and a great bedside manner, always making sure that all of my questions were understood and answered, His office staff is second to none.

Mismanaged office, does not send in lab authorization for tests, cannot keep appointment times and expect the same dollar copay for ‘Facetime’ appointments.

I have seen Dr.Cobian twice until she reffered me to a dermatologist.. But, on both occasions she walked out on me in the office's room and never come back. She didn't bother to ask me if I have any questions; there was no precautions advice, no patient education..... Can you imagine a Dr. Wallk out of you in a room, and left with an assistant that can't answer any of your questions? P.S she is very loud!
