Hi, My name is Ki-Ayanna Soto.. I was accompanying my abuela to her appointment at this location for the 1st because she doesn’t speak any English. Had a very nice warm welcoming with a tall girl at the front who took her time with me and my grandma , even when she had-multiple patients to help in the lobby (and she spoke a little Spanish )which I soooooo appreciate compared to some offices that has no patience. The Doctor took his time and made her feel assured everything will be ok!! Also the man who gave us info after the appointment was helpful to us. Thanks to everybody for making my grandma happy!

This is the most disorganized practice I've ever seen. I've had numerous cancelations, the last one was today. I checked in on-line this morning, drove about 15 miles to their office, waited in the waiting room for around ten minutes only to be told that the doctor was not coming in today and that they knew about it yesterday and still sent me materials to check in. I've had other appointments with my doctor cancelled or I was switched to another doctor without my permission. If you need to go anywhere for a kidney specialist do yourself a favor and find a better practice. This one is just awful.

Moves appointments routinely, and last time DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP, I waited OVER THREE HOURS. Then he LEFT without even the courtesy to inform of any lateness, or have his staff make contact. Never saw or heard from him. Very unprofessional group, this is not the first time I have thought so. They are routinely late, misplace lab reports or retrieve them at the very last minute, etc.
