Bad service mean office staff

Rude staff

Dr. Lopez is great. The downside of his office is the staff. Trying to get a diagnostic appointment is near impossible when you urgently need one. The answer from Sasha is always the same. We are booking 3 months out. Always said in a very unprofessional tone.

Staff me a lecture for being a little late. As medical staff they could be more understanding. Horrible people work here.

Horrible RUDE staff. They gave me a lecture for being a little late. It’s a Dr’s office they should be more understanding.

I had an appointment for endoscopy and the appointment set for 1215.They called me a day before in the morning to confirm my appointment at 1015.I told them that the appointment was set for 1215 because I had an appointment for my mother at 945. I told them I could not make it at 1015 I could make it at 1215 like it was initially set for. They said if you dont come in at 1015 it would be considered as a cancellation and they would charge me $50 for canceling. so I told them how are you going to charge me $50 when you are the one who canceled my initial appointment for 1215. They told me that is their policy. Someone from the facility where my procedure was going to be done said to come in at 1115 because thats what she had scheduled so I explained to her everything that happened at the doctors office. She told me to come in anyways because thats what she had scheduled. So I went at 1115 and they said that the doctors office had called them and said that I canceled the appointment. So I explained to them everything that happened again. They apologized and said that I should call the manager at the doctors office. When I got home I called her and she was very rude. After explaining the situation she told me why did I make my mothers appointment the same day. So then I tried to make an appointment to see and talk to the doctor and she said if I dont pay the cancellation fee that I was not allowed to see the doctor. So I do not recommend this doctor or office because the staff is horrible and rude.

Dr Lopez. And staff are great I have a nervous stomach and had no appointment saw me right away . People are very nice. Lopez great dr I recommend them .

After bouncing from doctor to doctor. i found him and i can tell he cares ...he took care of my issue and answered all my questions. Very happy i found him.
