Dr. Botoman is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen and has an aggressive approach to treatment. I feel very safe under her care.

I am so annoyed. I called and made an appointment, Pacifically disclosing that my boyfriend has just been diagnosed with strep throat two days prior which is why I was going in, having now started to develop his same symptoms. Michael Griffith, my nurse clueless as ever, shrugged his shoulders at every question I asked. My symptoms include a swollen food of my mouth, a headache and swollen lymph nodes. After almost TWO HOURS of sitting and waiting, Dr. Botoman refuses to see me without a covid test. I have never in my life been told a doctor would not help me. I will surely never be back and will let every one I know what an awful, negligent "doctors" office this is.

Very thorough and explains everything.. spends adequate time discussing your situation.. I would highly recommend Dr botoman to family and friends.. she is very sincere and caring. Jeff C

When I was looking for a new PCP four years ago, I found Dr. Botoman's name in my insurance directory. I knew that I wanted an experienced female doctor who was near my home. I am so glad that I chose her. Dr. Botoman is absolutely amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, snd personable. Her exams are very thorough. I appreciate how she answers my questions and explains my lab results with great care and detail. She doesn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist if something requires more investigation. I missed my annual visit last year due to Covid19 snd the fact that she didn't accept the insurance plan that I had at the time. This year, I made sure that she accepted the insurance plan before choosing it, to ensure that I would be able to have her as my physician once again. Although she has changed locations and I have moved further west, I will still travel just to see her. I would highly recommend Dr. Daniela Botoman.

Dr. Botoman is my primary care specialist for over 3 years. I would say that she has taken the time to truly listen and provide recommendations and referrals as needed to address my medical issues. During the COVID shut down in 2020, she took the time to send me referrals for the annual follow-up appointments like mammogram and bloodwork to ensure I had these items when I was ready to make my appointments. I was shocked when it appeared in the mail. I have since referred my husband to her and he is ecstatic that the appointment went so well. He said to me, she wanted to talk about my history first and then all of the issues I've encountered.... I never had a doctor that took the time to listen to my issues before making recommendations. Thank you Dr. Botoman for being an EXCELLENT doctor. I would give you a 10 if it were allowed. Please note that I am old-school and think that professionalism, bed side manner, efficiency and courtesy are all extremely important in medical care.

There are some people that just shouldn’t be doctors and this woman is one of them. I wish I had read all these scathing reviews prior to seeing her over the past eighteen months. All very nasty. Speaks down to you. Very combative. Does not even pretend to care about her patients. This woman should not be allowed to practice. I finally had enough today when I waited in an exam room for 90 minutes and no one even stepped in once to explain the delay. As I was walking out to reschedule, she comes down the hallway with the usual scowl on her face and said, “what is the problem?” I very politely said that I had been waiting for over an hour and that I needed to reschedule. She got very confrontational with me and asked if I wanted to speak to the office manager. Not really necessary, but I agreed. Spoke to the office manager and simply explained the nasty exchange. The office manager apologized for the wait and agreed that someone should have come in to explain the delay. She left and Dr. Botomon then asked if I still wanted to have the meeting. I am quite ill and she had the recent bloodwork in her hand. I said that we were both here so let’s just have the meeting and review the lab results. She is just so nasty. Miserable woman. She then abruptly cancelled the meeting and I went up front to get a refund. Left feeling worse than when I came in. There are plenty of great doctors out there. My father was one. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this ridiculous nasty woman. I had experienced this woman on probably five other occasions. I kept biting my tongue and dealt with it because the office was so close to my house, but I would rather drive to Orlando before seeing this nasty woman again. The girls up front are very nice, but don’t waste your time on this so called doctor.
