Incredibly impressed by how my mother was treated in the hospital. The ER receptionist ER paramedic and Doctor were not only kind highly skilled but also efficient The cath lab staff also kind and excellent.Her experience through the icu to discharge continued to be a good experience. She was treated with kindness which was paired with outstanding skill.

Just returned from a quick trip to Imperial Point ER. Jeff got us right in and Dr. A Aronovich reviewed the situation and gave my husband 2 stitches in his leg. Unbelievable but we were in and out of the ER in 25 minutes with great care. Thanks your service is appreciated.

I am so happy to have found BHIP. It was recommended to me by someone in the health field. On a recent occasion I needed to go to the emergency room and I was seen immediately, efficiently and in a caring manner. Dr. Silverman promptly diagnosed the problem and ordered tests. Dakota, the emergency room nurse, was constantly checking in to see that all was ok. As a recent Florida resident, that has had family members in hospitals in Broward and Palm Beach Counties (and in Sloan Kettering NY, Duke Durham/UNC Chapel Hill NC), this is by far the best hospital-clean, caring, efficient and they won't keep you 4-5 days if they don't need to-to figure out what you have & how to solve it. BHIP is a true hidden jewel.

I was amazed at how fast I got in to the E.R. everyone was kind and professional. The nurses were great. I felt well taken care of. The doctor was pleasant and attentive. We went to imperial point because we didnt have good experiences at our hospital down the street. Thank you to the staff. I appreciate you all.

Oh ny lord. This morning I met 3 angels that I would like to introduce you all to. please meet Karen Nani and Asya they work in the stress lab. I came in this morning for a stress test and echogram. I have never had a stress test so I didnt know what to expect. First person who greted me was Asya in the waiting room and she took the time to go over step by step of what I will be doing. Then she brought me in and I met Karen and Nani. I mean seriously these 3 Nurses are so kind and so kind. They make you feel at peace. I want to thank you guys for everything ❤.But Asya doesnt drink coffee but I love them all the same
