I had a great experience with Dr. Chaplik and the staff. I’ve had eczema since I was a child and recently it starting flaring up more than usual. I previously went to a dermatologist that made me feel that I was taking up their time and they were annoyed with everything I said & asked, but NOT Dr. Chaplik! He made me feel heard, answered all my questions without making me feel like I was annoying him and gave me options for future treatments. He also made an appt for a checkup so he can check the progress on my flare ups. I highly recommend Dr. Chaplik and the staff at Aesthetix

Excellent service

Total scam! They called me many months later to collect a copay. Even though I payed all my visits there upon arrival and lady at the front desk notified me that I have no due. Since I stopped visiting his office they called me 3 months later and insisted on some imaginary copay! I learned the technique of the office right away, they try to sell you as many procedures as they can before you leave even if they won’t give u any result, as it’s not covered by insurance and is the best way for them to make money. The front desk is horrendous, they are not knowledgeable and useless, they were only taught how to make appointments and be rude to customers.

The check in process was very quick and within 5 minutes, Dr. Chaplik was examining a growth on my hand. He took a sample to send out for Biopsy. His assistant bandaged the incision and I was on my way. The whole process was done much faster than expected and with no pain.

Anytime I go to see Dr. Chaplik he is very talented, professional and very friendly.

Amazing Dermatologist who took me in last minute after seeing me in pain. I had a golf ball size lump under my arm and Dr Chaplik squeezed me in and took care of me and the best part ….. antibiotics were also provided on site.

Dr. Chaplik carefully examined my skin and medically addressed areas of concern. He was very attentive of what my concerns and spent time answering my questions. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and concern for me.

Dr. Chaplik has changed GREATLY! He is trully not happy, and this obvious by is bedside manner...'you don't listen to me' Anymore'?I was baffled that he did a biopsy on my head, and it came back 'tyoe of worm' went to another Dr. he did another biopsy and it came pre-cancer, what the hell? So I am having everything checked! I must say, the front reception desk needs to be put through communication training, all of them are HORRIBLE! Messages never getting to the right person, you need a new manager or whoever. Now, there a rule of thumb that. I was taught by a WISEMAN! avoid any Dr.s office if the wife works at any capacity, RUN FOREST ! Because 99% of the people walking the face of the earth can not seperate friends & business! This is truly the case in this office, Iexperienced firsthand. Also I contracted COVID there, the entire office staff was infected, and no patients were ever told WRONG! Ask the young man at the front desk who was terminated? The review before mine is written by Nicole, gues who that is?
