I recently had surgery at Cypress Creek. The care I received was second to none. The center is well run by a very competent team. Everything is top notch and state-of-the-art. From the time of check-in through discharge the treatment was impeccable. I can't say enough positive things as I was completely comfortable at all times. The experienced team of administration, prep-op, anesthesia, surgical and post-op were professional and supportive throughout the visit. As someone familiar with healthcare, I could not have had a better experience.

This is the most disorganized three ring circus you could think of. They call you the day before your surgery to give the time. They think it's easy to find a ride to and from without being able to know ahead of time. They have people who tell you they are leaving at 3pm and basically give you the feeling that if you don't get them what they need by then you can just "skip" your surgery for some other time. Plan on multiple calls with your doctor and this place to get your information and insurance information straightened out.Very disappointing. Would never go there again.

I usually do not write reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case.Everyone at this Surgical Center was professional, courteous and compassionate. They took the time to answer my questions and concerns. They took good care of me before, during and after surgery, and even called to check on me during the days that followed. I am very grateful to everyone there. Thank you.
