Well where do I start. If I could honestly rate this office a zero out of five I would. The aggressive and nasty attitude of the staff is incredible. I’m beyond shocked that my primary Doctor would referred me to this office. I spoke to Lorna who seems to be in charge of the schedule her harsh tone and unpleasant manner leaves a very unprofessional view for this office.

Spends more time with me than any other doctor. He seems to care about me as a TOTAL person. I see from other reviews that they found this intrusive but I find him discussing my health in all ways from my weight to my stress looking at the total person to be refreshing caring. Besides gastroenterologist credentials he is specializes in internal medicine which DOES look at the total person. He is my favorite doctor. Fun personality and really knows his field.

The office staff has gone above and beyond helping me with my insurance.

The dr and his office staff have not performed as promised. He has no it filled out the proper forms and documents to get me approval of meds needed to treat my hiv related sever lower gi issues. He said he did office manager said they did but insurance company said he hasn’t . Have contacted manufacturer of mytesi and they are trying to help but drs office seems reluctant to work with them. I am suffering without this medication. This has been going on for weeks. Not returning calls as promised.

The receptionist has major attitude. When I came in i was asked to sign in I told the receptionist that was a bad idea because everyone is putting their hand on the list and it’s not covid safe and i’m in the computer after all. She said you sign in or we are not going to provide you service. I signed in. Then she gave me forms to fill out and and a pen. I had my own pen so I put her pen aside and walked away not with attitude at all I’m just being careful. As i’m sitting down she tells me that I have attitude. I’m not interested in engaging. She tells me to take back my documents they are not going to provide me service. I try to diffuse telling her she doesnt have to do this i’m confused why she’s being confrontational. She tells me take your documents and leave. I said are you seriously doing this over me using my own pen. She said you have attitude. I took my documents and left. I get that some people have a short fuse but that it be medical staff over patients being careful about their health in the middle of a surge in a pandemic is absurd.

Staff behavior is despicable doctor never schedule a follow up after my endoscopycolonoscopy. had a little blood on my spit after my procedure which made me very nervous when I call and explain that I had a little blood on my spit I was told by the person on the phone to find a pneumologist that the bleeding wasnt cause by the procedure Im 51yo and NEVER had spit blood before that. I had some issues swallowing before that talked about with the doctor Kosches and he said that he would fix that with the procedure never happened Im still having trouble swallow heading to a new GI doctor today. would never recommend this doctor or this office for that matter they cant care less

Dr. Kosches is knowledgeable and caring. I have been his patient for over 10 years.

I owe my life firstly to Gd then to my parents and finally to Dr. Kosches. He was precisely and accurate in all his work for me. Finding out my health issues and taking care of them made me a survivor over two serious hidden health conditions. Thank Gd for Dr. Kosches I am well now.

I was very satisfied with my initial consult and subsequent colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. Dr Kosches and his staff are very friendly and helpful at his office and his outpatient facility
