If you value your life, stay away from this place . The most Rude, Obnoxious, unprofessional staff in all of South Florida.

I had an appointment a week before scheduled and came the day it took over 1hr to be assisted, what’s the point to schedule something that doesn’t works any. Do not come if you have something planned to do after doctor’s appointment because who know how long it would take.

Dr. Greenwald performed a lumbar fusion on me. Post operatively, he less than truthfull about the ongoing pain in my left leg causing permanent damage and drop foot. Upon discharge, the pain continued and was the cause of 2 additional surgeries required to remove debris left behind by Dr, Greenwald.

He saw my mri, told me he saw what was causing me lower back pain, then wanted me to get an mri of the cervical area, but my insurance denied it, after was never able to get in touch with them and last thing I was told was to find some one else. I am still amazed on why he could not tell me what was the issue on my lumbar area, but I still having issues with Florida doctors and find help. Still can not work to provide for my family. Gave 3 stars because some comments of people that found help with him. Have a nice day.

Dr Greenwald performed Anterior back surgery on me. I was unable to sit for any length of time prior. I am finally able to sit for extended time. I am on the road to recovery. His bed side manner is excellent. The office staff - April - and team are very friendly. I hope you don't need back surgery, but if you do I highly recommend Dr Greenwald.

Dr Greenwald IS THE MAN!! He fixed my back with an x-lif, (fusion at L3-L4). He’s extremely intelligent and preforms the newest, latest, and greatest technology. He’s so kind and caring on top of all of that. His appointments run on time and he will sit and talk with you until you have no more questions. He has also operated on my husband years ago, using a cage, screws and rods in his lower spine. We are very blessed to know this surgeon! The office staff is also very caring, friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere!

I truly appreciate all of the Dr.'s at Neuro Spine. They have improved my movement & health tremendously!

Dr Greenwald is an amazing man. He as well as Dr Guiet put me back together again. From my neck to the end of my spine. Surgery by surgery. He made me whole again. I will forever be in his debt.

Dr. Greenwald was very caring, and took time to understand and go over my concerns. The staff and Dr.'s are great!

The only good comment I can make about Dr. Greenwald is that the hospital where he performs surgeries, Flagler Hospital, in St. Augustine, FL is very well accommodating. Any doctor that would take on a patient, and then rarely show up for appointments they make with him is not professional. Patients do not pay to see the Physician’s Assistant. Regardless of how kind and knowledgeable Patrick is, the patient is paying for the degree and expertise of the DOCTOR HIMSELF!!! Every patient wants to feel as though they matter, as though their health and the outcome of the surgery is important to the surgeon. Dr. Greenwald’s practice and communication during surgery are THE EXACT OPPOSITE!!! With the exception of Patrick, the PA, the staff of Dr. Greenwald only perpetuate his lack of professionalism when they make excuses for why Dr. Greenwald is not attending the appointment. He might meet with you 2 or 3 times before he performs your surgery, but afterward, you might never see him again. After he has made an unnecessary incision through the side of your body in order to reach your spine and install hardware to repair the problem, you are very likely to STILL LIVE IN CHRONIC PAIN!!! Dr. Greenwald went more than an hour overtime during the surgery on my loved one because he apparently nicked a nerve that controls further down the leg. Now the patient has chronic wobbliness, a condition that was supposed to desist after surgery! It was part of the reason for the surgery in the first place!!! Oh, and after all that, the answer given to the patient was to wait after a year of physical therapy and hope the pain and nerve damage goes away! PLEASE ACCEPT THIS WARNING, DR. GREENWALD WILL WORSEN YOUR CONDITION AND THEN CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE AND YOURSELF TWICE FOR ANY PROCEDURE OR SURGERY HE AND PATRICK PERFORM!!! Save yourself, find a different doctor, because after Dr. Greenwald messes up and never admits it, or does anything to correct the problem, you will just have to find a different doctor to correct ARROGANT Dr. Greenwald’s mistakes.
