I was able to be seen as a walk in on Monday with their PA, Brittney Poole. I managed to get an MRI same day at a separate location, and a follow up appointment with Dr. Nigen on Wednesday morning. Extremely efficient, sweet, and knowledgable staff. Both Brittney and Dr. Nigen had great beside manner. Things you don't typically see in medicine is amazing/efficient service with great care and medical staff. Thank you guys!

I never write reviews and when I do it happens to be with regards to my doctors. Dr. Nigen was referred to me by my Primary. Who spoke highly about Dr. Nigen. I have been going through alot of other medical issues which Dr. Nigen was aware of. Not once did I ever feel like he was pressuring me into getting the surgery for my arm it was always about how comfortable I felt with everything that I was going through. Its been a year and I still haven't been able to get surgery on my arm but the fact that he goes above and beyond to make sure that you come 1st is enough for me. Hoping to get the arm right before the end of the year. Thank you Dr. Nigen for all you do.

In searching for same day appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, I was lucky enough to secure a visit with Dr. Nigen. I knew nothing about this office or physician but being in excruciating pain, I was willing to take a chance. So happy that I did. Finding out I was misdiagnosed at urgent care, Dr. Nigen explained why I was in so much pain. I found him to be caring and compassionate. He definitely knows what he is doing. From Dr. Nigen, his medical assistant Alyssa and the rest of the staff, they were all fantastic.

Fine doctor. Terrible office. Impossible to get through on the phone. Prescriptions are not refilled. Rude staff. Gave up as a patient after several years because of rude staff and impossibility to get refills.

Office was run very professionally. No wait time. Sandy made me feel comfortable right from the get go. Dr. Nigen intently listened to my injury and guided me into deciding the treatment plan that was right for me. I followed his advice and my wrist/thumb felt better almost right away. I would highly recommend Dr. Nigen and his practice to anyone.
