I have been calling and leaving messages daily since June 3rd because I need prescriptions for Alphagan and Latanoprost. Last Friday June 10th I was able to talk to Robert who told me he placed an emergency email asking for the prescriptions. My pharmacy have not received them yet. PLEASE HELP1

The service with the doctors is okay but I always have problems getting through to the office. Nobody answers the calls and sometimes the message box is full. You can't even leave a message.

Ok I reviewed site worse after cataract surgery but now 3 months later and site is improving little by little . He had told me it would not change because power was too strong but it did improve.

Dr recommend cataract surgery. My vision was 20/40. After surgery it is 20/50 and he wants me to live with it and does not want to fix the problem. First he said prescription was too strong and kept me waiting another week. Almost 3 months now and still does not want to do anything. Eye is in perfect health so no medical problems.Seeking second opinion in 5 days.

Vision 20/40 prior to recommended cataract surgery now 20/50 after. Follow ups Dr said prescription was too strong. Said he could replace the lens. Kept telling me to wait a week, now he does not want to correct the problem and replace the lens. Wants me to live with it. Eye perfect medical condition so no underlining conditions. Almost 3 months now. Seeking second opinion in 5 days.
