Initially saw Dr. Chenven for a very thorough office visit. He has all the latest equipment. Ultimately he performed very successful laser surgery. He is very proficient at the most current procedures. Office is very well run with a large staff. Saw 2 other urologists since moving to Florida in 2012 and they cannot compare. Highly recommend.

Dr. Chenven is an excellent urologist in every possible way. Initially went for an office visit which was very thorough including various tests. All equipment state of the art. He personally explained the results and procedure he was recommending and the reasons for his recommendation. Ultimately he performed Greenlight Laser Therapy which is an outpatient hospital procedure to treat an enlarged prostate. I am 76 years old and I am totally amazed after years and years of seeing other urologists and taking medication at the success of the procedure performed by Dr. Chenven. He is totally skilled at all related current treatments etc. His office is run very well with a large staff. They understand there can be stress and act appropriately. Kudos to Dr. Chenven and the entire practice for skill and professionalism. Very pleased and recommend.

Very thorough initial visit. Everything explained by Dr. himself , Eventually he performed very successful laser surgery effectively curing a 15 year prostate problem. Very proficient at his specialty; current on all the latest procedures and has state of the art equipment. Large practice with excellent staff. Saw 2 other urologists since moving to Ft. Lauderdale area in 2012 and there is no comparison with Dr. Chenven. Top notch care. Highly recommend.

Dr. Eric Chenven is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He shows genuine interest in me and concern for my well being. He spends time with me during office visits and listens to and answers all my questions. Even after hours, he was there for me when I needed him. I highly recommend Dr. Chenven.

My thanks to Dr. Chenven for making a dreaded appointment comfortable & reassuring: I appreciate Dr. Chenven’s willingness to take so much time to go over the diagnosis of my PSA and MRI exams, and clearly address my treatment options. He’s great!

This doctor has absolutely ZERO bedside manner. His staff share this same quality. I have never experienced such disregard and lack of information sharing as I have with this doctor and office. I had a serious medical procedure and suffered extreme duress because of this. Each time I called the office or went in for a visit, I received no assistance, was told to wait, which I did for several hours, and lack of information when I was subjected to intense pain from my surgery. Post surgery, I tried to speak with the scheduler, office nurse, and receptionist, all of whom disregarded me and my concerns. Please do not go to the office.I have happily changed doctors and could not be happier. Beware!

I can't really rate Dr. Chenven because I never saw him. My appointment was for 10:40. I was told to print a slew of forms and bring them with me to save time. So I did. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. So I did. I was told I had to pay co-pay immediately. So I did. At 11:45 I was walked into the back, and the nurse handed me a specimen cup and pointed to a bathroom door. I thought it was odd to be doing this before I even saw the doctor, but again I complied. I was then put in another waiting area. Then another nurse took me inside, asked a few questions, and told me to continue waiting as they were "slammed." No apology, no estimate of how much longer, nothing. At this point it was almost noon. I waited until 12:10PM, and simply left, as I had to go back to work. NOW I understand why they wanted the co-pay up front. As far as I'm concerned, this unprofessional operation was THE most unpleasant experience I've ever had in a dr's office.

This is the best doctor I recommend to you and a great office.

Este doctor carece de profesionalismo en mi primera consulta fue muy arrogante me dijo que no tenia mucho tiempo tampoco tiene paciencia. En mi tercera consulta me hizo esperar mas de 2 horas, su forma de comunicarse es muy grosera. Uno como paciente espera de un profesional de la medicina una mejor atención fui en busca de ayuda y salí muy insatisfecho. No lo recomendaría nunca. De hecho estoy consultando otro doctor.Buena atención del personal administrativo.
