Dr. Caldwell, his physician's assistant Kim, and his entire staff provided excellent care from my initial consultation to my final post-op appointment. Dr. Caldwell takes a much-appreciated conservative approach to surgery, and I felt well informed about the potential benefits and risks of surgery before making a decision to proceed. The surgical process itself was seamless, and the results better than I had hoped for. Scheduling with Dr. Caldwell was easy, appointments were always on time, and phone calls were quickly returned. As an added bonus, there is a physical therapy clinic below Dr. Caldwell's office. The physical therapists, Michelle and Nicole, are truly wonderful. They helped me meet and exceed all recovery benchmarks.

I first met Dr. Caldwell in 2005 when he operated on my torn labrum. I am 100% recovered and found him then to be compassionate and extremely competent. After experiencing knee pain and instability, I went back to him late last year. It was easy to get an appointment and when he advised my meniscus was torn, I knew he would take care of me. The pre-OP process was super easy w/Kim and Dr. Caldwell again did an awesome job. He is still the best around and I would trust no one else. Already back hitting tennis balls and I am so thankful he is in the area and still practicing orthopedic medicine. He is still compassionate and an excellent doctor!

Dr. Caldwell performed ACL tear and meniscus repair surgery on my 14-year-old son after he suffered a devastating injury to his knee while playing soccer in England in a few exhibition games. My son is now 16, his injury is completely healed, and is playing soccer at the highest level again (MLS Academy). My family, especially my son, are extremely grateful to Dr. Caldwell for his services, attention, and care which resulted in the best outcome possible for him. If someone you know suffered this kind of injury, there is hope and a future, thanks to Dr. Caldwell.

Excellent orthopedic surgeon. When it is your body, you want a competent doctor above all else. Dr. Caldwell does a thorough diagnosis and clearly explains all the the treatment options and any associated risks. He has 'cleaned up' the meniscus on both my knees (so I am a repeat customer) with outstanding results. He is very likable and has a responsive, competent staff supporting him.

I’ve been one of the primary physical therapists for Dr. Caldwell for 24 years. It has been an extreme pleasure to know him as a friend and as one of the top Orthopedic Surgeons in the country. He has amazing compassion and bedside manor. He is conservative. Surgery is only an option if it is the last resort. I have seen this and admired it over the many years that I have treated thousands of his patients. He actually makes my job easier because his functional outcomes of his patients are always successful. It turns out that I unexpectedly became a patient 4 months ago. I had a complex procedure involving a complete tear of my Biceps tendon, rotator cuff tear, labral tear and minor bone damage. Interesting to be in the patients shoes after all these years! I had my final appointment with Dr. Caldwell and i can tell you that I am beyond pleased. My function is near 100%. I am very grateful for his precision and expertise, his amazing staff(Kim you rock) and for the fact that he took time to do my procedure on his day off. 10 stars if it was possible!!
