The young lady at checkin was pleasant and very professional. Dr. Singh’s bedside manner is second to none. He was not only extremely informative his approach and candor made me immediately comfortable. It’s so refreshing to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients.

When you call to make an appointment they send you to a voicemail and they say they will return your call within the next 2448 hrs. Doesnt happen. Continue calling and finally asked for an email to see if that would get me an appointment no response. I tried one last time and complained only because my doctor recommend him and finally got through the scheduler a rude person to only to tell me that they dont have an appointment available until 34 months from now.

Did not go well at all. Under his advisement I spent over $2k+. I got an ultrasound then he did an endoscopy then said get a CT scan then his office lost my scan CD tells me to take Prilosec for 23 months and says you may have to take it for life I dont know who knows? Thats it. Now over 3 months and still suffering awful sternum pain bloating etc.

I called to make an appointment and was directed to scheduling which was a voice mail messaging that had me leave my name and contact number. And than informed me that they would get back to me within 72 hours. Really I am trying to make an appointment as soon as possible. So than I called back same person and asked her if it would be possible someone could get back to me sooner since the weekend is coming up and would like to see if any of the doctors could see me. Her reply was that hopefully it would be sooner but most likely I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment for a few weeks. Maybe the scheduling answer ring service should say “we will get back to you as soon as possible but at least within 24 hours. Not 72 hours Maybe these doctors are too busy and definitely not personable enough for me. I want to feel like a patient not a insurance if or a time slot.

I had the privilege of having Dr. Singh perform my first colonoscopy. His dedication to his work is very apparent his bedside manor is outstanding He made me feel as if I was his only patient. I highly recommend Dr. Hari Singh.Update Dr. Singh has done my second colonoscopy and my recommendation remains.
